Great service for airport transfer to hotel. Quick and easy process with identification sign on arrival. Waited about 5 minutes and then the van ready to do door to door service. Good option for family of 5.

Driver was communicative and let us know where she was exactly when we arrive, sending location pictures via texts a day prior arrival. Good comfortable van for 5 people with luggage.

Easy instructions via what’s app, easy to find on arrival, quick service and the driver was fantastic full of information gave us tips on things to do told us where things were and had cold bottles of water hand for us

The service was impeccable!! Highly recommend “Judy” at My Service My Travel! Judy was amazing and took excellent care of me and my group. I had 27 people in my group and been working with her for over 6 months arranging my transportation needs for my group. She communicated and followed up well! She kept me on track and provided friendly reminders as needed. She was very reliable, sweet, honest and accommodating!! My friend planned a trip for 26 of us and used this service for our ride transportation throughout our 10 day stay in Phuket. They were EXCELLENT. Very safe, comfortable rides, always on time, flexible when our needs changed (adjusting start/departure times), and especially considerate (offering cold bottles of water as we came in and out of the heat). Would highly recommend.

Phutek is a crazy place for driving especially when navigating rain, scooters and other vehicles. We had vans taking us everywhere for 10 days and never once did I feel unsafe. They always had cold water or cold towels for us and the vehicles were always clean and comfortable! Would recommend them for all your excursion and travel needs while in Phutek!
