What a great company. So professional from start to end. Service from hotel pick up to boat was excellent. Even supplied water mints and sea sickness pills. You don't get that on airplanes these days. All the staff were so helpful and all with a beautiful smile. This company may be a little more expensive but worth every cent.

Check in was pleasant and easy, the boat trip was wonderful, staff fantastic.
Note to self !!!! Don’t take bad reviews too seriously .

I was nervous about booking the ferry, but these guys I would use again. Boat was airconditioned and while we had to stop a couple of times (to remove rubbish from the props) that cant be helped. Trip back was in big swells but no one got sick and they kept us safe.

The welcome is great, the seats are comfortable, but lacks organization on certain points.
On the way out, the boat had an engine problem, from the port we continued at around 3 knots for an hour before getting information on the problem. 30 minutes later, the problem seems resolved but the crew chooses to return to port (couldn't this have been done before?).
Back at the port, we boarded another partner's boat, it was managed pretty well but a little compensation like a drink wouldn't have been too much.
Result, 3 hours lost.
Technical problems can happen but better communication would have been welcome.
On the way back, there were no problems but an organization that I consider “unfair”.
My wife and I boarded the boat first, but we were required to take two separate seats even though rows were available at the rear.
The people who will board next and even the latecomers were able to travel together. Really not great.
During the trip, we noticed that the captain had changed and that the style of navigation had changed, going from something quite abrupt (even on purpose by seeing the captain at the helm) and when the captain changed in the open sea with no change in sea state, navigation was calmer.
The first seemed to be having fun with the waves.
Considering the prices offered compared to other speedboat companies, I find it expensive for what it is.
Nevertheless, the timetable was respected for the first part on the outward journey before the incident and on the return.

Everything went smoothly
The day before travel we had a lovely WhatsApp message confirming our hotel pick up and ferry times.
Their driver picked us up on time from our hotel in Sanur.
The ferry terminal staff were helpful and efficient and the ferry left on time.
We had a great journey - water (and sick tablets - if required) were issued on arrival & there was plenty of space to sit down in the air conditioning below or up on deck.
A few beers (for sale) on the journey were a nice addition.
We returned on 04/04/24 and had an equally good experience.
After reading some of the reviews we were a bit concerned but their service was excellent - I'll use them again and don't hesitate in recommending them.

Bluewater Express is a superb company. The boat ride was excellent. On the way back in Bangsal the boat could not go due to high waves. The staff did an excellent organization to get us back after a few days. I would recommend BlueWater. Very helpful and professional.

I had already booked with another boat company but rebooked with BlueWater Express after reading some pretty terrible reviews and I’m very glad I did. From pick up at my hotel in Seminyak to bring dropped back off in Seminyak after my trip everything was well organised and ran smoothly. The staff from check in to during the trip were friendly and helpful. The check in area at Serangan and Gili T was awesome with the option to get coffee and some food whilst waiting. So glad I decided not to chance it with the original company.

The treatment of passengers is the worst, we traveled in terrible conditions. Water came in through a window and I got completely wet. Since the boat was full and there were no free seats, they took me outside next to 4 outboard motors with an unbearable noise. Then they passed me in front and sat me on some irons while the crew traveled comfortably without stopping laughing. I endured this for 2 hours of travel.
