Driver never showed up. 30 minutes later. We finally talked to him and he was 20 minutes away.

No experience to share I was not picked up and when I reach out I was told since I didn’t confirm even though I paid and put my flight information in my request that I need to find my own way to my destination and call Viator to ask for a refund.

I booked Red Carpet for transportation from the airport to my resort. This was not my first time in Saint Martin. I understand how chaotic the airport can be so when I arrived outside and did not see a sign with my name on it or assign with the companies name I did not panic. I thought I may have missed them because as we all know, there are multiple companies looking for their clients. I walked back through slowly Through all the screaming and yelling vendors and other companies asking if I need a ride and did not see red carpet or a sign with my name on it. I waited for about 15 minutes then I begin messaging on the app I received no response then contacted Viator , which was a delay due to the phone lines being backed up and all this process took over 40 minutes still no communication from Red Carpet . As other reviews have said they have booked with this company and drivers have not shown up so I am not the first person that this is happened to. If you book with them beware. My driver never showed up. They never answered any of my messages on the app. Eventually, via Her did make contact with them and they said they were 40 minutes out. I utilized alternate transportation.

The driver was there when we came out of inmigration. Super polite and gave us a ton of tips for our trip!
The van was in good shape and the AC was cold, that's all we needed.

Great surprise to my wife with red carpet pickup and bottle rum punch. Outstanding Service. The driver was personable and drove safely to get us to our hotel, unloaded our luggage. Provided a great experience

Booked in morning for pickup late afternoon. 2 hours after arrival, due to Customs, walked out to no pickup. Thinking perhaps they gave up and left, I called and was told "So sorry we didn't get your reservation (although my card was charged) we can't pick you up today. This happens a lot with same day reservations. They wouldn't refund offered a tour or ride back to airport.

What a way to start the trip!! Awesome experience from airport arrival to reaching our destination. Pictures were taken of us on the red carpet, enjoying our rum punch, and were later shared with friends. They enjoyed hearing about our red carpet experience and wished they had booked the same for themselves.
