Live the Mexican Lucha Libre experience together with a delicious tasting of pulque.

In this experience you will get to try the traditional beverage of our prehispanic ancestors called Pulque (also known as “The God’s Beverage”).
Before entering to the wrestling match we will enjoy and dance to the sound of live music in an authentic -pulqueria- (local and traditional bar).

After dancing and drinking, we will head to the Arena, where the Lucha Libre happens. We will be witnesses of one of the most exciting and not-to-miss sports in Mexico City, without first, turning you into a genuine masked wrestler..!

We booked the tour with Alex and Tadeo and it was amazong. Everything happened right as scheduled. We met at the indicated place, walked to the pulqueria to have a few drinks and listen to mariachis. Then we went to the lucha libre. Alex and Tadeo taught us how it works with the good guys and the bad guys and how to cheer. If you don’t like drinking and are sensitive to profanity, maybe skip this activity, otherwise I would definitely recommend and will probably do it all over again next time I’m in Mexico City.

This experience was so fun! Our guide was fun, upbeat and knowledgeable about everything. It made the experience easier and more fun to do with other people and someone who knew all about it!

We had a great time watching the Lucha Libre wrestling. The guides made the best of it despite the chaos caused by heavy rain and downpours.

Had a great time with our tour guide! We enjoyed the drinks, getting the mask souvenir, and learning about the history of Lucha Libre! A must-do in CDMX and with the guaranteed tix and included drinks and souvenirs, this is a no-brainer!

From the time we met up with our guide (she was great by the way), to dancing at the club, doing masks and onto the great seats at the Lucha Libre and Mystica match. What a blast. Great memories and it would absolutely not have been the same without the organized tour. Not to be missed.

Warm interaction, very friendly staff. Started out at a famous local pulqueria for drinks and to socialize. Then we walked over to the Arena for an overview of the wrestling and to learn some "cheers" ;) Great time and highly recommended. I had initially looked into buying a ticket for the matches directly on Ticketmaster but without having any understanding, I don't think I would have enjoyed it as much.

Pure fun! One of the best things we did in Mexico City and a must for anyone visiting. The staff (shout out to Alejandro) was amazing and ensured that we were safe and well taken care of. 10 out of 10 experience!

Looks fun in theory but fell more on the boring side. It’s like WWE and it’s all tourists. The actual tickets are priced at $5 USD so excursion definitely overpriced. Drinks were included but they were very sparse. The tour guide was very sweet and caring though. I would skip this though and do a different excursion.

Be careful which tour you are signing up for. We thought we signed up for the one that includes Tacos and Mezcal, but it turned out we booked a similar but different tour. The tour guides acted like teenagers who were more into the drinking and getting drunk than the show. Fortunately, the drinking part took only 15 minutes. They should provide more non-alcoholic options -- like alcohol-free beer. One of the guides repeatedly used the F-word, which my 13-year-old daughter could have done without. At the show, we were herded into a seating area (concrete benches) up in the second balcony, where we were surrounded by bars and chain-link fencing. Not sure if they were trying to protect us from the crowd, or the crowd from us. Either way, it was very off-putting that we had to watch the show through a chain link fence. Forget taking pictures. I suggest trying to purchase (better) seats directly through the venue, and do without the teenage drunkeness.
