We were led by Cecile who was a very informative tour guide, she is a Montreal native and you could tell she loves her city very much. The spots we visited were interesting and it was a pleasure spend some time learning about the culture and food of this city.

Personable tour guide with lots of food knowledge and Montreal stories to tell. We went back to get more desserts and treats from the market. Every food selection and story was a treat. Highly recommend.

Chantal was a great guide. We had lots of fun and good tastings. It was nice to get some history of the Old city and enjoy the company of other travelers. We had a birthday person and a group of ladies doing a pre bridal trip all having so much fun!

Delectable tour through Old Montreal. Our guide, Natalie, was fantastic and was professional throughout.
About 3 hours of walking and stopping to try cusine that has history tied into the lectures. Highly recommended if you are a foodie. Natalie even gave us recommendations of other restaurants in the area to try out. 5 stars.

My husband and I vacationed in Old Montreal in June, and we scheduled a Old Montreal Food Tour to acquaint ourselves with restaurants and cuisine at the start of our vacation. We were very fortunate to have Shanty as our gastronomic guide. We tried foods from different restaurants; yum! All delicious. She provided not only food information, but some history on Old Montreal. Her information actually helped us decide what tourist locales and history we wanted to further explore during our stay. Good food. A little snafu at the place where we had poutine, but David found us an outdoor table out of the rain. Loved the meeting spot.

Combination of history and food worked really well. Our guide managed a large group (16) skilfully. The food stops were well chosen. Only problem was that no drinks were available until the last stop - quite a few people got very thirsty. More drinks should be provided or guests told to bring water.
