During the day you will visit Auschwitz-Birkenau museum and Wieliczka Salt Mine. In both places we will provide you the tours with an official english speaking in-person guides. We will pick you up and drop you off in your hotel - door to door service is included. Our tour leaders/drivers with fluent english will take care of everything so you won't have to worry about anything during the day. Tour includes all entrance fees, transportation and the guides' and the tour leaders services. We offer optional lunch box to order a day before an excursion.

Unfortunately my partner became unwell the morning of this tour so I had to travel alone but that wasn't a problem at all and I am really pleased I still went.
Peter was our guide (picked us up and drove to the sights) and he was super friendly and put me at ease as a I was travelling alone. The trip was incredibly well organised. The salt mines were stunning and whilst Auschwitz was ofcourse very sad it was incredibly insightful.
As with the other reviews, it is a long day (left at 8 and got back at 7) and lots of walking (around 20k steps) but it certainly is manageable. I would recommend buying the lunch they provide as it is really good value for money and has an excellent selection.
Only negative I would say is I thought we were going to visit the Salt mines after Auschwitz but we ended up visiting them first. I appreciate timings doesn't always work out so they have to do it this way but I would have preferred to have visited the salt mines after quite a heavy visit.

It was a very busy and full day, but what a way to make the most of the time spent in Krakow. The tour guides were fantastic with their knowledge and really informative. The pickups were very good with a fantastic form of transport. Highly recommend

Auschwitz was a very memorable and sombering experience. I thought the guide we had for Auschwitz was very good. The salt mines were something out of the Lord of the Rings! Really cool exhibit

You will walk a lot 18000 steps
Tour guide at austwutz needs to slow down at second camp. We were all pretty walked out by then
But all in all excellent

I do not think they manage to portray how horrofic it must have been for the people within the camps and the evil that they suffered. I expected to feel something when I got there, but I didn't. I was fully prepared for it to spoil me holiday after visiting. After watching the Tattooist from Auschwitz and crying at every episode, I expected to feel more. Our guide wasn't the best, a retired artist, that just seemed to go through the stats, she wasn't good. I kept listening in on another groups guide, who was a man and had so much passion for what he was talking about. Maybe if we had had him as a guide our experience would have been different.

Bus was comfortable and communication was good informing us bus would be a few minutes late. Packed lunch was very good value and saved us having to find sandwiches to take which can be a bit of a struggle as I'm vegan. Tours were very informative. This is a long day with lots of walking so be prepared with comfortable shoes and a layer to put on for the salt mines.

This are must places to visit. The concentration camps were very moving & our guide was very informative. The Salt mine was lovely but you must be able to walk down stairs although their is a lift up
