The rain accompanied us all day, but we were still able to enjoy Chichen Itzá and the cenote. Great job of the guides!!

Because they misunderstood the time we had for lunch in the cenote (we understood 1.40 and not 1.20), instead of going to look for us at the only restaurant in the place where we were having lunch, they chose to leave us abandoned with a 3-year-old child and a pregnant woman. They left when I asked them to wait because my 3 year old son was in the bathroom. On my own I had to look for another company bus that would take us to Chichen Iitza. Nobody complains about a delayed vacation. We waited 30 minutes for the bus to pick us up and we didn't complain, the company is late, but the customer's delay is a crime. The guide was Marcelino, he was very good at talking about the Spanish genocide and how generous we should be when paying tips. Our only bad moment in Mexico.

A great tour and incredible attention. I and my family loved it. The guides and transportation are very good and the places have delicious food. Incredible Mayan culture and its surroundings
