Very friendly and helpful guide. Enjoyed seeing the big ships in the canal. Traffic is a draw back - but that is not something the guide can control.

Carlos took me and my 5 friends on a two day tour, he was so sweet, kind,attentive to all of our needs, patient, knowlagable, we loved spending time with him, and he truly showed us all of Panama City and surrounding in the best way possible

Carlos is a fabulous guide. Even when it rained in the afternoon, Carlos kept my 15 yr old and 7 yr old daughters engaged. He was the first person I. Panama who apologized for being exactly 3 minutes late - we hadn't even noticed. The rest of the trip was a pure joy. We drove to the lake with stories about the culture and history of Panama. The boat ride to the monkey islands was a breeze (quite literally 😉) We saw 3 kinds of monkeys and a baby croc and an adult crocodile we estimate was 6-7 feet long. We also saw too many birds to count and some beautiful flower plants too. Later we drove to the San Lorenzo fort and enjoyed another set of stories. Got completely drenched in the sudden rain and Carlos gallantly ran and brought us umbrellas from his car. The picnic lunch was simple and filling and the fruits were excellent. He also did remember to bring us the requested diet coke. After a dash back to the car we headed for the Agua Clara locks. The highlight was to see a large tanker enter and descend a lock in front of us. Carlos was very patient with all of our questions. We drove back to the hotel with a great dinner recommendation and a beautiful set of memories. Thanks for a great day Carlos and we will definitely recommend your tour to all of our friends.

Graciano, our tour guide was remarkable. I explained that we did some of the tour by another so he customized for us. We saw and fed monkeys who came on our boat. Cayman, birds, nature was all around.
