I had an incredible time. It was my first time on the zip line and the experience was great. The location going through the canyon over the river was so cool. Eric, Chris, and Jonathan are the best guides you could ask for. They are so nice and very patient. I would recommend doing the tour with them.

My wife and I did two tours with Picacho. The first was a horseback ride on the beach North of Cabo. The horses were in good shape and handled easily. The second was an attempt at zip lining. This one required being in better shape than my 71 year old body. Would recommend being in good shape as the climbs to the towers were strenuous. On both tours our driver Christian went out of his way to get us there and back. He had some great information about Cabo

We had an amazing time on this adventure. Erick,Jonatan,and Armando are wonderful tour guides. They were very kind and attentive. The instructions were clear to follow, I felt very safe in their hands. Halfway through the Zipline, we rested and they provided water. Then at the end, provide us with a yummy burrito and more water.
Tip...wear good shoes. The hike up the stairs and rock path does get steep. Also, bring your phone to take some ausome pictures and some cash to tip these gentlemen as they are very attentive to your needs.

Once we arrived the few gentlemen there were very generous and gave us easy and informative instructions on how what to expect and how to use the equipment. We rode on their truck for 15 or so minutes to get to the area where the zip lines were and then went up stairs to get to the first zip line. The zip lines were great and safe. They were very nice, we took a break under a little hut kind of area halfway through the zip lines to rest and rehydrate (they brought water with them so we could hydrate). Overall the experience was amazing and would definitely do it again.
Pros:
Great customer service and treated us very well.
They bring water bottles
Fun and safe zip lines
“Cons”: (Nothing was actually bad just some tips)
Wear plenty of sunscreen
It is a good amount of vertical hiking (stairs and steep walking areas) so wear good shoes and be ready

We decide to take on the new Zipline adventure which was only a couple weeks old.
There were 8 ziplines with 16 more lines being built. These ziplines are better than the other companies that we have tried in the past and the price was better too. Recomend these for sure!
The drive from Cabo was about 1 hour to a remote area in the mountains. This place is brand new with only a bathroom, sink to wash your hands and some small snacks to purcase. There is no cell service but you can take your phones to take pictures as they do not mind. They equiptment is safe and in great condition. No bandanas are provided so bring your own for the helmet. Gloves are provided and are brand new.
Pepe and Darwin were our guides and we were the only people on this trip ( it was a bit nerveous, but they made us laugh and feel at home) The jeep ride is really fun and they will go faster if you ask them too. Remember to bring cash as they cannot accept credit cards as there is no cell service. They were bothereally friendly and were fun to joke around with. Pepe actually built the track so he is very knowledgable on the lines. They double check everything and we felt safe at all times.
Ther is no water stations on the track so make sure to bring water and a way to keep your valuables on you as there is no lockers to store them in. We are an active family so the hike was not too challenging. But for beginners, the hike is intermediate level and you need good shoes for grip. We were panting doing the stairs but we were fine.
There are places where they are no ropes or things to hold onto so you do need to be careful but once again, we were safe with there crew.
If you love adventures.... this is a good one and the price is well worth it.
