The cruise is fine. The stops are paradise. The waiters very friendly, although it is true that only a few speak and understand English well. I recommend the two nights because for my taste the most beautiful part is the far of the second day. They lost their bags at the airport and Michael offered to help us, called every day, even when we were no longer in the bay and had continued our route. This boy is an angel, he got our bags sent a few days later to our hotel. Without a doubt, after the shock of starting our honeymoon without suitcases, Michael's help was what made us cope better. In addition, the cruise does not have wifi, although it appears that it does, they have it disconnected, and it is an area that according to which company you have no coverage. He and Marie helped us connect with their data so we could manage problems with Spain and the airlines, as you felt incommunicado.

The cruise was wonderfully relaxing. We have been helped these 3 days by Lisa. She was super friendly and has provided us with all the comforts. We could ask her anything and helped us well.

What a beatifull sight &:eperience, this Halong bay. Happy to have chosen the 3day cruise, as it provides much more value in terms as sightseeing and enjoyment. The boattrip effectively starts and end at noon, so 3 days provide a nett tour of 2... Special thanks to our over-friendly butler Soa (boot name: Lisa)!

Lisa our hostess was amazing, very kind and accommodating. We felt very well looked after by her.
The food was ok, it lacked some flavor so we didn’t enjoy it that much. The alcoholic cocktails were also not enjoyable. But otherwise we enjoyed our time on the Doris and would reccomend it to our friends.

I really like sailing around this island. The staff here are very nice and polite, especially Katie, who took good care of us. She always has a smile on her face.
We participated in activities such as Take a kayak to see the island Cycling up and down the mountain to see the village. Visit the cave where villagers took us on boats. And another thing I did was fish massage, which was really fun.
Time flew by and we were about to leave the ship with wonderful memories. We will not forget you. Thank you to all the staff on the boat🙏!! Keep doing it.

Laya and the servers on the Doris cruise were very attentive and welcoming. They made for a positive experience and were always willing to help.
The accommodations were average- (e.g. not always the cleanest sheets or linens, lack of hot water). Another aspect of the cruise that we found to be subpar was the “cruise director” himself. “Dat” tried to be informative but missed the mark. He was hard to understand and his social awareness could use improvement.

Only average I am afraid .
I am not sure this is a problem of Doris in particular but I was distinctly underwhelmed with the whole cruise experience.
It is clearly a well oiled machine from start to finish but I feel it is all designed to suck money out of you whether with extras or tips.
Water bottles are not free neither are soft drinks. The minute happy hour ends in the evening your drinks are full price. Woe betide you if your order straddles the end of this period.
Water in our shower was never hot.
Felt like tips were wanted everywhere.
Wouldn’t recommend

We had a fabulous time on our 2 night cruise. So glad we opted for 2 nights and not just the 1 night. We really enjoyed the day trips, the food was amazing (often more than we could eat) and staff members Haong (Brian) and Michael in particular were amazing.
We met some lovely people on the cruise and Brian kept the mango daiquiris coming whenever Rochelle and I requested.
p.s. Brian said he was “the handsome one”
