Very good experience. All the staff is very welcoming and especially i really appreciated the help and availability of jessica. She supported me and helped me throughout the whole experience (2days, 1 night) and everything was perfect. top service, room, and all accomodities.

The Doris cruise was so good . We satisfied so much. The manager Mr james and their staff were so kind so friendly and so polite.
At first Mr trung welcomed us. And explained us so good and was so polite about thir plans. and Mis Flora and mis may and mis lara were so polite, . The cruise was clean and so nice and so calm. And we enjoyed there . I recommend Doris cruise. I grateful for every thing

The scenery of Lan Ha Bay is beautiful, very calm and comfortable, the cruise service is excellent, and it feels like a VIP. I will consider taking it again next time and recommend it to everyone! Laya took great care of us, thank you!
It would be perfect if the hot water in the room could be hotter. I hope to come back next time and choose a different route.

The scenery during the cruise was breathtaking. The route is peaceful and not too crowded.
Laya was our server and she went above and beyond to ensure that all the meals meet our dietary restrictions (no beef and gluten-free).
Our tour guide, James, was so friendly and informative. I had a headache and he brought me a panadol at 11 pm at night. He was so kind.
The ship is beautiful and comfortable. Our rooms are wonderful with a private balcony and a bath tub. The whole ship is spotless. The quality of the food was good and the bartender fixes excellent cocktails. The prices are reasonable. We will definitely be recommending Doris Cruise to our friends and family.
