Oh my, from beginning to end, this company have been fantastic. Their email communications before our tour were friendly, efficient, and very helpful.
But the star of our Hello! Tokyo tour was Miko. We had only just landed in Tokyo after a 17 journey and were very tired, so Miko guided us for 6 hours around all the main sites tailoring the tour as our energy levels waned; she found the best places to see the sites (the highlights being Shibuya Crossing, Gyoen Park Shinjuku, and the absolute gem of a music show in the Nihombashi Mitsukoshi Store); she found us the most delicious food and drink; she helped us navigate the transport system; and told us information that we would never have found in a guide book.
To top it all off, she took photos of us both that we would never have managed on our own. Without doubt the best tour we have done, with the best tour guide. I promise you will not be disappointed, and it was definitely money well spent.

We did 2 very excellent tours with this company - Hello! Tokyo. Both were fantastic. We did a tour of Yokohama and then a tour which included lunch with a Geisha which was very authentic and entertaining. I highly recommend them.

Our guide - Laura - was very knowledgeable, very helpful and gave us a wonderful tour! We tried traditional Japanese foods and teas. We saw beautiful gardens, architecture, history and stores.

She planned breaks. She had the subway mastered to help us quickly buy tickets. She got us around.

It rained all day and yet we could not have had a better time!

Our tour was outstanding! Miko is the best! My family of 6 adults spent 8hrs with Miko and saw a ton! We told other people in Japan what we saw during our tour and they couldn’t believe we did it all in one day. It was a perfect taste of each area so we knew if we wanted to comeback and explore more on our own. The communication from day 1 was amazing. Miko understood what our goals were and formulated a perfect agenda. She even took pictures of us during our tour and e-mailed us a link to them when we were done. Can’t say enough good things about the tour.
