Viator never helped to board the bus. They simply didn't take initiative to welcome guest, kept on reminding only one place to board while I kept on waiting in Kyoto city only. Very unfriendly tour operator

Love the Fushimi Inari Shrine and the 2nd one. Also Ma-Chan is a very good, polite, knowledgeable guide. She is wonderful!!!

Kyoto was a wonderful place to visit. Our guide, Apple, was an excellent guide. She was sweet, courteous and very knowledgeable. My family and I had a superb time.

Really enjoyed visiting the sites , Masa was great and so was the driver , the tour had great stops and the recommendations by Mr Masa were great. Enjoyed seeing the most beautiful places in Tokyo.

I would like to say the in Japan this tour was the most amazing and organized!!! Specially the tour guides Laura and Maria both amazing…when i was planning this tour i had a lot questions about trains and tickets a lot of doubts and Laura helped me a lot and provided me a lot of tools to find the way to do train purchases online from the States … really amazing this people. The Tour very organized on time at the train station in Kyoto ( beautiful city) and well maintained. I recommend this tour a lot .

This was such a wonderful tour! Prepare for lots of walking.

Our tour guide, Jewell, was amazing! We learned so much.

The breaks on the air conditioned bus in between stops made a long hot day much more pleasant.

Great tour of the temples and shrines. We only had one day to see them and were quite happy with this tour. Alice our tour guide was very good and helpful. Just be prepared to walk a lot and climb stairs.

This was a lighting fast 1 day tour with lots to see. Tighten your shoelaces, over 20K steps. Perfect if your cruise ship arrives Osaka. 4 main sites to see in kyoto and the very ones I wanted to see. The are not close to eachother and you will not see them easily without a tour bus or taxi. I doubt you could do this as quickly on public transportation.

Very little time for shopping. Tour guide, Winnie, was good for those who walk fast and faster. Not so much for older or leisurely strolling people. Her english was adequate for the tour.

Temples have steps. A different site's tour guide told us that climbing to find God is difficult. plan on them being uneven, and sometimes steep.

Overall, I am glad we went. We found an excellent damascus steel "nakiri" vegetable knife from a homemade knife shop. We found the shop as we walked by a temple site. We left the temple site a few minutes early to see if they had any knives we wanted. We entered the store and made our selection in about two minutes, were in and out of the shop in under 10 minutes, fast walked to the bus and were late.

This is the tour to see the Japanese Culture and sites. It does not disappoint.

It was a great day with our lady tour guide! (Miss Michiko) Definitely recommended to have a day trip to kyoto, She's really active, took time to talk with each person in a group, she's always ready to assist us and explain everything.

OMG THE CROWDS OF PEOPLE!!! Though it was crowded, we saw a lot and had some fun along the way. The temples and shrines were beautiful, but the bamboo forest was breathtaking. It's a great tour, but be prepared for lots of people.
