Had no tour basically. After leaving me without confirmation for several days, the operator just cancelled my booking without any explanation.

We did the full day tour and it was the highlight of our trip to Lanzarote! I couldn’t recommend this tour more highly - the tour guide was engaging, fun and very knowledgeable (7th generation local). Our children 7 and 10 loved it and learnt and discovered the beauty and nature of the island. We covered so much but at no point did we feel rushed or bored. The guide went out of their way to make our experience exceptional - ensuring we were at Timanfaya before the crowds and big buses and when at the final cave stop there was a large tour crowd she stepped in and gave us a personal tour. We were unsure if the long day would be too much for the kids especially with an early (8am) pickup but it was a brilliant day and we couldn’t have experienced the same on our own. Amazing - worth every €

What a great day we have had today on the Grand Tour. Our tour guide Angela was fantastic; very personable and knowledgeable and a delight throughout the day. A full day sounds a long time, but the time went so quickly as Angela kept up a brilliant dialogue throughout, without being boring or too much. The Lanzarote Experience Tour (LET) may be more expensive than other tours but in our opinion well worth the money. There was no queuing, the group (on our trip there were only 5 of us; my wife and I and another family of 3) which skipped the queue at each of the stops while the larger tour buses were still organising themselves. We had plenty of time at each location and Angela on hand to answer any questions any of us had. We can't speak highly enough of Angela and the tour as a whole. We should also not forget our excellent driver, Christina. Throughout the tour we felt safe and comfortable and in good hands. If you are reading this and looking for an in-depth view of the tourist "hot-spots" (literally!) then look no further, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful ride among the volcanoes! Really instructive, because while a coach takes you between the various craters, a voice explains in depth the history of the various volcanic eruptions and the geology of Lanzarote.

This company specialises in SMALL tours, so you don't waste an hour at the beginning & the end of the day collecting/dropping off a whole bus load of people. There's a further advantage in having a guide with so few tourists that everybody hears what is being said & has the opportunity to ask questions. OK, they're a bit more expensive, but boy, do you get value for money!

Very average visit, the guide could put a bit more energy explaining the national park instead of putting on an electronic recording of the information. Time management could improve a bit, we had a stressful lunch because of the long waiting at the restaurant during peak lunch time.

Excellent tour and well worth the premium to be part of a smaller group. We were fortunate enough to be in a party of 8, 4 nationalities, on a minibus with Angela a fabulous guide explaining everything in both English and Spanish - plus a little German. The smaller group and vehicle size really enhanced our experience of the caves and volcanic tour. 100% recommend as an excellent way to tour the highlights of the island. We learnt and saw so much.

We booked this wonderful tour in advance from Germany and can only recommend it to everyone! Angela welcomed us early in the morning and answered all of our questions throughout the day with her great and friendly manner. You can really tell that she enjoys doing this.
We saw so much of Lanzarote in one day - without the advantages of the tour, it would not have been possible in one day.
We simply skipped every queue (there was a 2.5 hour queue at Timanfaya alone) and were able to learn so much about the background of the island with our personal guide. It is definitely worth the money.

An excellent tour that is well worth paying slightly more for. We were picked up exactly on time and were quickly on the way to start the tour.
This was a smaller group of 11 people and Angela the guide is a local who is very personable with a great knowledge of the island and sites throughout. The mini bus was clean and modern and we had no queue at any attraction which was great. (We were able to pass out many larger bus tours)
Time spent at each location was ideal. Just enough time to see everything without feeling rushed. The lunch spot was also nice with good value food (similar menu/price to most of the better restaurants in PDC)

If you visit Lanzarote in high season it is the best thing you can do, hiring a tour with them was the best option we hired on our vacation.
They pick you up in the morning near where you are staying or at the hotel in a minibus, so the excursion is in small groups (we went in a 14-seater minibus) and then they drop you off at your hotel.
From 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. we visited the most touristic places in Lanzarote (Timanfaya, La Geria, the Clicos lake, the cactus garden, the Green Cave and Jameos del Agua). We ate at a restaurant “El lago” where the price-quality ratio is very good, recommended by our guide.
Our guide was Angela, with great patience she explained everything we were seeing phenomenally. Thank you very much Angela, it shows that you like your work, you have a beautiful land!!!!
In our case we had rented a car but we decided to hire this excursion, seeing that in all the areas to visit there are endless lines to visit them and with this excursion you enter directly to all the places without waiting in those long lines... in Timanfaya even if you arrive early There are already queues of cars, often lasting two hours, in the Cueva de los Verdes, there are still people waiting under the sun with a heat of 30 degrees…. So it's the best we could do.
I would 100% recommend this company for excursions in Lanzarote and we would repeat with them again for other future services.
