If I could give 10 stars I would. Vanessa may have been the best guide we have ever had! She was enthusiastic , entertaining , knowledgeable and so caring, not to mention fun! She took us to a very wide variety of places for food so make sure you go hungry!

The tour and 0laces visited were great, but the real prize of this tour was our guide, Vanessa. You MUST request her as your guide if you take this tour. Her knowledge is endless and easy to listen to. She is soooo pleasant and fun to be with. We made a friend!

We did a total of seven tours over two weeks in Venice, Salzburg and Munich and this was our favorite one. We would recommend this tour even for families with kids who aren’t of drinking age; there is plenty of food and our 14 year-old son was always offered a nonalcoholic drink instead of wine. All the food places were off the beaten path so it was a truly locals experience. Thanks for a fun and enjoyable experience.

Excellent and informative guide. Was a little disappointed with the food we had better meals in Venice exploring on our own. Overall, wood, especially for the history.

The excursion was not to eat but to visit the Jewish ghetto and also where the Muslims lived. We had the opportunity to visit a synagogue and also be able to pray

Our tour guide was Julia or Juliet and she was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer questions about Venice that were not necessarily on our tour We had a very small group which made it a lot of fun The places that she took us to sample the foods were excellent if you’re looking for a very personalized experience off the beaten path of the Venice tours, this is an awesome one to go on. Highly recommended

We have done several food tours and this was good but not in the best. The guide, Vanessa was interesting, passionate, informative and patient. The food was good, but I felt it should have been better curated given the price of the tour. We learned alot about the Jewish Ghetto and Venice in general,

Vanessa was such a wonderful guide! She was so knowledgeable about the history of the Jewish ghetto and brought to life each place she talked about. Also the food was delicious and I enjoyed learning about the different foods of Venice. I would highly recommend this tour and specifically Vanessa as a tour guide. She is engaging, warm and clearly passionate about the history and culture of Venice!
