The Abbey was beautiful and the town was charming. Crystal, our guide, was knowledgeable and personable. She made the trip fun!

The guided tour of Mont Saint Michel was great. LONG ride there from Paris. Bus ride back was scary. The driver was not good!!

Guide was friendly, had a good sense of humor, helped us navigate best way to get to the site, and gave us helpful tips before dropping us off at the abbey. It was a super long drive, but I found the bus ride comfortable.
Do be forewarned that the site is extremely crowded, even on a good day! It is picturesque but feels more like a tourist attraction than an active religious or cultural site.

Very disappointing- after 10 years traveling, this is the worst tour we’ve had! Signed up for a small group with English speaking guide and on a bus of 50 and a guide who spoke English poorly. Voice boxes did not work and guide was unable to fix. Very little historical information was given during entire trip. Very confusing organization at the meeting place and boarding the buses.

This is quite a distance from Paris and yet it was so worth it! It was a long drive there and back, but good roads and fault smooth, so most people napped on the way there and back. Was definitely worth the drive as it was an extremely picturesque village and abbey. The village is a very well preserved medieval village and truly like something out of a fairy tale! The guide was quite knowledgeable and told us many interesting facts. I would recommend this tour if you are keen on well preserved villages and loads of history.

Long day, long way to get there and have your guide Crystal leave us in the bathroom knowingly as she started tour leaving behind several of us. She was asked to wait but didnt. Not an easy place to locate Crystal. Wasted 20 min lost!
Then Crystal had the opportunity to give us more info on our very long bus ride back thru the backstreet villages due to horrific traffic but did not. Sites were beautiful but that was it. Bus windows were filthy and hard to see out … crazy !

Our tour guide, Manuela, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took time to answer our questions. And we learned a lot of the history of the abbey and the village.

The site was incredible, lots of people there so be prepared. We went on a Sunday might be less crowded during the week. The bus ride was comfortable and we stopped for a bathroom break and food or drinks once on the way and once heading back to Paris. Our Guide was knowledgable about the history and overall of the area.
