The museum and the local manager who ended up performing the tour after multiple screw-ups by his staff were the positives. Staff, including local staff and the customer service in India are not equipped to handle any issues that might arise. Trip advisor and viator need to do better but seeing the same complaints being written here for years I can assume it is not important to them.

Very difficult to navigate with a wheelchair. Manny elevators were out of service. Tour guide's English was very difficult to follow.

Very confusing about meeting place in area so congested! Another tour operation had to point us in the right direction to our tour. The guide was very hard to keep up with for people who walked somewhat slower. The museum is amazing but very crowded as we expected

Very nicely done with beautiful artifacts and the tour guide was very informative
I would recommend this to anyone who has a appreciation for the fine arts / artifacts

There is a lot to see in the Louvre and it would be easy to say "The Mona Lisa" is the highlight however whilst it was fantastic to see in person, there are many other highlights as well.
Thoroughly enjoy our visit, a wonderful experience.

It was a seamless process. The tickets said to meet on the right hand side of the arch in front of the Louvre inside the garden and there was no way of missing it. There were at least 6 employees with the flag and the name with a huge table as this company is apparently the one that sells the most ticket in all different types of languages. We started on time. The guide knew exactly how to avoid crowds and still see the same displays (Venus, Mona Lisa, etc), which was very nice!!! We did an hour and a half and then had free time to explore and shop. I went with my 11-years-old son and Highly, highly recommend it.

Wonderful tour our guide Cecile was very well educated about the Louvre and still made it a fun experience for me and my daughter on our first trip to Paris.
