My husband and I did the 'blue hole and river tubing combo tour' excursion which we booked through our resort and the resort work with Chukka. This was our first time visiting Jamaica. The workers for Chukka messed up the logistics for the groups transportation to the blue hole (which is the first excursion) before white river. The workers didn't reserve enough shuttles to bring everyone to the blue hole. This mistake set the entire group back 40 minutes. I asked if their mistake was going to cut time from us enjoying this excursion and the worker assured us that it would not. Once we got to the blue hole we had no time to fully take in the beauty of the site, take pictures, or swim in the water/jump off the cliffs more than once. We were so rushed that the guides made it unenjoyable. Even other members in the group made comments about us getting pushed forward and to speed things up. Same thing happened when we got to the white waters. At one point we had to hold hands and were all pulled through the water instead of being able to float on the current.
We weren't offered anything for the mistake Chukka made and our time on this excursion was cut even though we were told it would not be affected by the mistake their worker made. I would not recommend for anyone to book through Chukka for excursions. Next time we go to Jamaica we will be avoiding this company for any of our future excursions.

This was our 2nd time using Marvyn's Paradise tours. We arrived in Falmouth and promptly found our tour guide waiting for us. We had a great time at the Blue Hole and river tubing. Our guide took us to a local place for a great lunch. We were back to the port in time to do a little shopping and board. The only issue we had was that we were paying in US currency for the trip and they did not accept some of the bills because they were too old....we were a bit panicked at first but an electronic means of paying was offered.

Loved this trip! Starts with lots of adrenaline pumping yet fun jumps and swim in the Blue Hole and ends with a lovely float down the White river. Our guide on the river was wonderful, Dwight, expert guide with a wonderful attitude. Our driver, Sean, was fantastic, answered lots of questions and was very knowledgeable.

This was amazing, start to finish.
We decided to do a tour late in the day yesterday and booked. The tour company was immediately responsive and made it easy even with our last minute booking.
Our driver, Kenneth, picked us up at the Airbnb here. He was prompt and friendly. He showed us sights along the way as went to the tubing.
The tubing was SO MUCH FUN. Marcus, our tour guide, kept us singing and laughing the entire time. It was such a blast, and I would’ve gone twice.
The Blue Spot is outstandingly beautiful. Just exceptional. Our tour guide was patient and thoughtful, customizing our light hike to the waterfalls based on what we wanted to do and see. Such a good time!
We were dropped off back at the air bnb on time and without any issues. We highly recommend this entire experience!

This was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone. We were picked up from the port by Kenneth. I would definitely ask for him when you reserve. Kenneth was nice and knowledgeable. Bless him…I’m a teacher and he answered all 10K questions from me…LOLOL. When you go river tubing, be sure to ask for Dwayne. He was took very good care of us during the river tubing. Dwayne was an awesome person with a wonderful personality. Next, we wen to the Blue Hole and had a good time there. We enjoyed this excursion and would do it again, if ever in the area.

Amazing Tour! My day in Jamaica felt perfect after booking this tour. The tour starts with a choice of your activities then they take you to get a meal and then there is a tour of the city. I really enjoyed the activities and the guide stayed with our mum since she wasn't able to come on the rides. Blue hole was incredible and the rafting was so much fun. I wanted to do it again seconds after I left. He was so kind and considerate! The restaurant he took us to was fantastic and he knew all the best sights and was very educated on the cities history. He even took us to turtle park since we said that we really like turtles. The vehicle was very clean and the tour was very well organized. If I come back to Jamaica I will 100% book Marvyn's again!!

My favourite part was the Blue Hole and the activities that were featured there. Especially jumping into the waterfall and doing the rope swing. It was refreshing and very amusing. In addition, we took a tour around Jamaica and was educated on the sights. I really liked our tour guide.

Great experience river tubing and blue hole jumping in Ochos Rios. Would recommend to others! (Carnival cruise excursion) Beverly was our guide and took care of us on the bus- and sang to us! She had such a sweet spirit and so happy. It was raining the day we went but we had a great time anyway. The river tubing was fun..the guides in the river took care of everyone in our groups and made sure no one drifted. Jumping the waterfalls was great too! Nice laid back experience and a nice way to see the town as you drive thru on the bus
