Booking online was easy, was able to add friends to the booking. All seemed well as I received email updates with confirmation. Waited an hour at the airport and was unable to contact operator. Called booking agent who also couldn’t reach operator. Driver never showed up.

We loved the personalized service. We were able to get picked up within minutes of exiting the airport. Our driver was excellent and was very accommodating to all our requests both coming and going. I highly recommended

Be sure you note via email to them that you need a van vs a sedan. I booked for 4 ppl and assumed (bc there is no option to pick when booking) a van would be used… well it wasn’t. Cramming 4 ppl in a small sedan for 2.5 hrs to holbox ferry is not pleasant. They also offered to pick up my friends at different terminals, 10 min later, once we got in the car they disclosed that there would be a $20 charge… all very misleading.

We transferred from Holbox to Cancun and it was a great experience. Due to last minute travel plans we were only able to give them a few hours heads up and they were still able to accommodate us! Communication was great and they met us at the Chiquila ferry stop with signs so we knew who to meet. Transfer service was very professional, COVID safe, and easy to manage. Recommend for future bookings!

This is a wonderful private shuttle service from Cancun to the ferry that takes you to Holbox. Very professional, willing to accommodate you and efficient. I highly recommend. They are COVID complaint. We were fortunate to have been vaccinate.

We were met at the welcome bar by a man with a sign with our name on it and another name. He then took us outside and put the other couple in a van. He then walked us back aways and found a plain van and put us in it. We left the airport and drove to a Starbucks by a gas station. There we were moved from the van to a small car. The driver drove like we were on a speedway. It was a two lane road and he had to pass alot of other cars and trucks. Then we would pass through little towns with an over abundance of speed bumps. The driver took those very slowly and then we were off on the speedway again. The last part of the trip was in the dark.
We did arrive at the ferry safely. We are finding different transportation back to the airport.

In my personal opinion I recommend transport to holbox, because I was a good travel to holbox the driver was a friendly person and excellent driver.
