The tour got started late. I don’t know why, so I feel the driver and guide tried to make up for it. We had 2 stops, one for 15 min by the water and one for 3 min (yes 3!) to quickly get out and take photos from the scenic views on the hill. They completely skipped the 1 hour walking tour of Old Town (as stated on the itinerary). They rushed us because they started late and needed to get the people who added the lake cruise (including us) back to the pier in time. We were completely disappointed. If I had known, I would have only booked the lake cruise directly from the pier.

Viator signed us up for a different tour than we signed up for, a chiper tour. The provider made us pay extra money to get almost what we signed up for, in the first place. Very bad experience.
