Superb experience to do absolutely with a great guide who takes the time to explain everything about the cenotes thank you again Guilhem do not hesitate to contact him either by Facebook or on WhatsApp because on tripadvisor our two reservations had been refused although there had availability.

Guilhem guided us through this cenotte with explanations throughout the outing.
He is caring, super friendly, smiling and knows the history very well to accompany us on this magnificent adventure.
Very nice souvenir with the best lunch an exquisite guacamole!

My wife and I had a lovely time with this cenote tour.
Our guide was super friendly and informative. We went in the morning and as a result were the first and at the time only ones doing the tour that morning before the larger groups came which was great.
The food prepared by Alfredo for lunch was also delicious.

This ended up being a private tour. The tour is earlier in the day so you miss the crowds. Everything was great! Guide is great and the lunch was the best meal we had during our trip.

This was a truly incredible experience. Guillaume (sorry if I'm misspelling your name) was an excellent guide. He provided a safe, informative, thought-provoking, and downright magical tour. He encouraged us to ask questions and he's a great communicator. We left with a better understanding of the entire ecosystem in that jungle. G emphasized the relationship between flora/fauna that we could see above- and below-ground, and just how vital the fresh water down below is to the survival of every living thing.
The cenotes, cave system and crystal clear water were visually stunning. I found myself staring at the stalagmites, stalactites and columns in the caves and shaking my head; it was hard to comprehend just how special that place was. Our tour culminated in a chance to swim in an open area of the cave, it was gorgeous and so relaxing.
After emerging from the cenote we ate a delicious meal that had been cooked on site and enjoyed more conversation with our host.
It was a singular experience and I can't speak highly enough of our tour guide, Guillaume, and our very friendly driver, Luis.

We booked directly with Guilhem by messaging him on WhatsApp. We were able to customize the day and take it at our (aka our kids') pace which made it fun and relaxing. We've gone twice now with him, and both days were a ton of fun. The caves were super cool. Our kids were 4 and 6 and we were down there for 2 hours and then had an awesome meal when we came back. Guilhem is super chill and easy to talk to, and I highly recommend him! He's the sole owner and tour guide, so you are guaranteed to get him. There are no extra fees, no pushy sales, etc etc. We'll probably book again and tell him to just take us where we haven't been yet in the area and hang out for the day.
