Cancun Jet Ski and Parasailing Tour with Transportation

We did get cancelled on at first I wanted a refund because I had other things planned however we were able to change it to the last day of our vacation they pushed us back 3 times our driver was impatient because we had to use the bathroom after waiting in the lobby for half of the morning and tried to leave us when we arrived very disorganized we didn’t know where to go weren’t given any instructions we paid for pictures and videos the lady said she doesn’t give out receipts and the QR code was all we get so I took a picture of the screen when we got back there was someone else there doing we needed to pay again we showed him the QR code and the picture of the screen and he was still going back and forth where he was getting loud with me an people were starting to notice overall it was a bad experience me because of it we did make the most of it and tried to enjoy ourselves but the service itself was not great

Loved every second of the excursion! The guides were amazing and joked with us when we were waiting to parasail! The view was extraordinary and we even got to see a sea turtle! Well worth the money

10/10 experience! Parasailing is not scary at all very relaxing once in the air! Great transportation to & from resort!

Very punctual and on schedule. Parasailing was very fun as well as Jet Ski. I wish the parasailing was a little longer, it felt very short. Was asked to tip by 3 different workers, seemed unnecessary. Was told the dock fee was going to be $15 but was charged $40 at the dock. Pictures and video was also excessively priced. But overall a good and fun experience.

The operatives were enthusiastic, helpful and totally professional. We felt safe and every step in regards to safeguarding us was undertaken diligently. Would highly recommend and do again if the chance arose again. Thanks for making the day a memorable one.

This was our first time parasailing, and it was an absolutely great time!
You spend about 12 to 15 minutes up in the air, which is more than enough time.
We saw probably 50 or 60 turtles from the air which was really cool. Also, if you stingrays. The staff was more than accommodating and did not do anything to make me or my wife feel uncomfortable. Very professional. Very safe.

Canceled twice by them and eventually refunded. Weather was great and we were excited. It was rescheduled 2 times "because of weather" and eventually they had to refund because we were leaving before they were willing to rebook.

They charged my card for payment after they told me it would likely get canceled due to "weather ". The ones outside our hotel were Still running. I am still waiting to get my refund! We had 4 people so it was $556 they took even though it was going to get canceled. I better get my money back soon or I will be reporting the charges to my bank as fraud.

If they knew they were going to cancel they should not have pulled my money!!!!
