In addition to this trip we did Mountain of 7 Colors, Humantay Lagoon, Sacred Valley, Puno, Lake Titicaca, Arequipa, Colca Valley, Nazca, Huancachina Oasis, Ica and Paracas, and everything was spectacular. Johan was always attentive to the tour operators and everything was better than expected. I recommend it 💯!

The shadiest transaction I have had on Viator. We booked an excursion to Machu Picchu and received confirmation. The following morning I decided to call just to ensure our pickup time. Tour provider mentions that this tour couldn’t be competed in one day and we’d have to stay overnight in a specific area to visit Machu Picchu, this isn’t unheard of here. However that was not the tour I booked. He insisted he wouldn’t refund and Viator wasn’t much help. After a brief back and forth with the tour operator he finally released our money otherwise I was going to dispute it with my bank. Awful and stressful experience. Save yourself the hassle and the time.

First of all, thanks to Mr.johan.!

In fact, I made a reservation two weeks in advance through another travel agency, and when I visited the agency the day before my planned visit to Machu Picchu, they told me that they hadn't bought a ticket.
I was told that there was no way to get tickets and that I had to make a reservation for another day, but I had to visit Machu Picchu according to my schedule because I didn't have time.
I visited a few other travel agencies nearby, but all said they couldn't get tickets.

In the midst of the confusion, Johan approached me and told me that I could get a ticket and visit Machu Picchu on the day I wanted. In fact, I didn't believe him at first. It was because there were many people who came to me and scammed me while traveling in Central and South America. But I had no other choice, so I trusted him and booked the tour. As he said, he arrived at Machu Picchu, got a ticket, and finished the tour satisfactorily.
