Phil, the transport was a great value. They were on time in a beautifully clean vehicle. It was just my wife and I in the van. We were very impressed. I would use them again without thought.

The driver was able to find us at a large resort. Our luggage was misplaced he helped find it. Great drive to airport and dropped off at the right place

The drivers are super friendly and made our travels in Punta Cana very easy. Julio is great at communicating to the guest and answers all questions even if it is just a question about the island. Would recommend the VIP shuttle transfer for the price to anyone who is looking for transportation.

The quick texts to check in were very nice. I felt very confident in both drivers we had. Sign at both pick up locations were large and made it easy to find our driver.

Took almost 2 hours to get through immigration and our driver was still there waiting for us. Another employee was texting with us the entire time to see where we were with the process.

Julio and his crew came through at the last minute after the Hard Rock Resort shuttle did not show up for us. Driver was there with sign waiting for us. Reasonable price for the private transport. We decided to use this company to also host our day to trip for souvenir shopping, a day trip for whale watching/Bacardi Island and also our private transportation back to airport.
All drivers were on-time, easy-going with us “out-of-towners”. When our return flight was delayed the driver was super accommodating and took us for some local food to kill some time. This lunch was the best meal of the entire trip 😊 thanks Julio and to your team. They were super professional and helpful.
