Excellent job! I was picked up with my family and driven to my hotel. The driver waited an hour for us and was very kind. He had cold bottles of water waiting for us. We were picked up in a newer Toyota Sienna. We only booked a pick up at the airport but now are also booking the return with them. Thank you Juilo...

Overall great experience. Dispatch service was in constant contact. Driver was polite and accommodating. Our flights were delayed but we were greeted without issue. Driving in the DR is chaotic but our driver Angel took us to our destination without issue. Angel also added some much needed humor and local info. It was the perfect start to our DR vacation. Noah Travel Services is my new travel contact whenever we visit the DR. A++

I would highly recommend Punta Cana Transfers for anyone visiting and wanting a hassle free, safe, and affordable ride.
Julio was very responsive and accommodating of our group of 14 travelers. We were picked up promptly at the airport at our discussed time and he provided a lot of information to us - great communication. He also provided a PDF of excursions if we were interested in booking those through him, and appreciated that he did not pressure us or give us a sales pitch like others that you meet in Punta Cana. We had a great experience that we booked a return trip at the end to take us to the airport. The vehicles were clean, had AC, and our drivers were helpful - we did have one small hiccup and got dropped off at the wrong terminal, but that was my fault for not confirming with the driver before we got dropped off at the airport. Luckily, the other terminal was an 3min walk and connected with a ramp.
All in all, I will definitely book with Punta Cana Transfers if I return back for future vacations.

Great price for prebooked roundtrip transfer. Drivers were on time and communication with Punta Cana transfers via What's App was very convenient. Will use them on our next trip for sure!

The booking was very easy. The company reached out to let us know they have acknowledged the booking and informed us they will be tracking the flight and will be waiting for us at the exit with my name on a sign. Drive from airport to hotel and back was super smooth, no complaints. Drivers are professional and courteous. Vehicles were great.

Booked this transportation service while in the air on the way to the DR. They I mediatelu contacted me to confirm I was booked and told me who to look for. Friendly staff, great driver, and they texted when it was time to setup the return to the airport. 5 stars, and will definitely use again
