Excellent service. Pick up from airport and hotel was on time.
Driver was ready for us with a tablet with my name on it so he was very easy to find among the airport chaos.
Will definitely use this company again on our next DR trip

Our transfer to and from Dreams Royal Beach was very professional and stress free. Toby and Mark were both waiting for us when we were ready to go. The sign with our names made it very easy to find in the chaos of the airport. Both of them were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and made great recommendations. The SUV’s we reserved were very clean and well taken care of. We will absolutely be using Punta Cana Transfer for all future visits to the DR.

The pickup was exactly ant the described location and the driver had a sign with my name on it. Took my bags and had cold waters in the car. The ride was better than I’d hoped (six person van all to myself) and all for a fair price. Would definitely book again in a heartbeat!

Our transfer to our resort and back was very good. The driver was friendly and on time and the price was very reasonable. We had a little trouble locating our driver when we arrived at the airport but we called Julio and he helped us find him.

In my eyes this is the ONLY way to get around the DR. Julio and his team were the best. When I return next month for Part 2 of my trip around the Caribbean I will ONLY be using this transportation service. Not only did they help me with last minute plans they were punctual, extremely professional and very resourceful when recommending hotels, excursions, etc. Definitely gave me peace of mind knowing we were using such a trustworthy service. I travel alot and I've used other services before but when you get with a company who stands out above the rest you have to give them 5 stars.

My experience was quite uneasy. When i communicated with the company, I was told the driver would meet me at the pick-up area with a sign with my name. The pick-up area is overwhelmingly filled with drivers and transportation companies looking to score a customer. So as a single woman traveling to a foreign country having to walk back and forth past these men, I was a little flustered since no one was there with my name, as was stated. When I called the company, the person who answered was very short with me and pretty much hung up on me to communicate over text instead. Finally, I expected the person who I was speaking with on the WhatsApp chat to be my driver since I was not told of my drivers name. Again, as a solo woman in a foreign country, this did not feel safe. Overall, they could have done 3 things to make this experience better: (1) have my name on a sign (as described), (2) told me the driver's name to expect, (3) show a badge with the company name or have a vehicle with the company name. The only reason for not giving 1 or 2 stars is that the driver was very accommodating and put forth effort for my comfort.
