We had an awesome experience with this company! I forgot to book an airport transfer until right before my flight, and Julio was super helpful and had a ride waiting for me at the airport with my name on it. The drivers are super friendly (we loved SuperMark!) and helpful as well. We also booked an excursion through them, and they took the time to answer all my questions prior to booking, were available on WhatsApp to help with anything all day long, and continuously checked to make sure we had everything we need. The excursion to Scape Park that they recommended was awesome too! Other couples in our group used their airport transfer services and everyone was treated extremely well!

Great service and attentive. Our driver Alex was super friendly and gave us some insights of Punta Cana as we drove to the hotel. Nice clean mini van with cold water waiting for us. Would definitely recommend and use again without a doubt.

The driver was waiting for us holding a sign with our name. Very easy to spot him in the chaos of passenger pickup at Punta Cana. It is very convenient to have someone waiting for you step out of the terminal as many individuals will approach you trying to offer you a ride.
Private transfer is way better than the shuttle and cost efficient if there’s 4 or more in your group. You don’t have to wait for other passengers to get going, you don’t have stops on the way to your hotel and the ride is more comfortable.
The driver was very polite and friendly. Booking was very easy and so was paying via PayPal. All communication with Julio was over WhatsApp and he responded immediately.
