As you get closer to the Rainbow Mountain you will begin to see the first signs of the coloured minerals that formed the painted hills. Your guide will explain what makes up the existence of the “Rainbow Mountain”, and finally with one last push you will hike up to a vantage point that gives you a 360 degree view of the beautiful landscape that makes up this sacred land in Cusco – Perú.

Rainbow Mountains are truly hidden gem in Cusco. The tour started at an early hour and we stopped for breakfast before starting the actual hike. The sights were truly charming with a lot of photo opportunity. It got somewhat challenging as i reached the top. The view from up above is totally worth. Thanks to Treks in Cusco team and especially my guide, Carlos.

I had a fantastic time hiking the Rainbow Mountains with Treks in Cusco and Carlos. The sights are very charming and the community were accomodating and friendly. Was somewhat challlenging but totally worth.
