Accademia is a very small museum and does not allow more than 600 people inside, for this reason the queue can vary from 3 to 5 hours in high season and it is not easy to find tickets .. !!

Catherine was great and very knowledgeable. Really enjoyed the skip the line tour. Easy to meet up and got right in with minimal waiting.

Although crowded that cannot be controlled by the company. The guide was very knowledgeable. My son who is 18 said “hmmmm i really got more out of this than expected”

Very unhappy and unusual to have such a bad experience via Viator
The tour conductor left without us (we were the first ones to arrive) and we couldn’t catch up with her. We had a self tour and left alone. We had to find the tour company on our own to return the audio

The tour guide left without our family and we had to find the tour conductor to make us go and get into the museum. We weren’t able to meet up with our tour guide and missed it completely. It was very disappointing

I had another tour booked to see Florence but I really wanted to see the real David. I knew I would not have the time or patience to wait in line. This was the perfect solution. Guide was knowledgeable, no waiting in line. Others mentioned having to purchase a ticket in addition to the skip the line, but this was clearly spelled out in the description. It was exactly what I needed for my time constraints. Highly recommend.

While I enjoyed & appreciated our guide Katerina’s detailed tour of David, I felt misled that we had to pay an additional 20€ per person for tickets. Nowhere on the app did it say be prepared… “patrons will pay for tickets before entry so anticipate this extra fee” . Please make that aware to your future visitors. It was not very professional nor polite to do this.

The tour guid was fine, although a little difficult to understand. She spoke quickly, which made the information harder to decipher through an accent. As advertised, the amount you pay does NOT cover the cost of the ticket, so be prepared to hand over 20 Euro per person at the meet up. We then got on a line. Our meet time was 12:45 and we gained entrance at 1:30. Certainly shorter than if we had just waited on the regular line, which by all accounts would have been longer than 2 hours, and we had the added benefit of a tour guide giving information. I'm not sure what we got was worth waht we paid.

This experience was great! You cannot underestimate how great it is to skip the line. The tour guide did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable and engaging. The David is perfect
