Learn to make fresh pasta, like our grandmothers made them in Italy.
We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step.
We will prepare 3 types of fresh pasta such as Ravioli, Tortellini and Tagliatelle, and at the same time we will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, pomarola and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù.
You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared.
During the experience we can drink good Tuscan wine or unlimited
Our cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

None of us had made pasta before. We arrived and the ingredients were all laid out, aprons were available, and the Master Chef leading the class greeted us with great enthusiasm and welcome. He was terrific at explaining the differences between Florence and Bologna cooking, as well as the steps and things to look for when creating a ragu. And once it was time to make the pasta and then the filling, it was easy for us novices, and the instruction and humor and guidance rounded it out nicely. My daughter got to help with the cooking, and the finished product was delicious! Three kinds of pasta and sauces. Yum! Definitely recommend!!

Had a great time at the cooking class, unlimited wine and 3 courses of delicious pasta homemade, can’t beat it! Great time for a date as a couple can’t recommend it enough.

Chef David was a really fun and cool guy and the pasta was amazing along with the experience and knowledge of his famous grandmothers recipe.

We loved the class! Lorenzo was a funny character and made it very enjoyable and insightful. Will definitely bring his grandmother’s ragu recipe home with me. My partner and I also drank heaps of wine (as per the title!)

The highlight of our holiday! We have been travelling around Italy and this class was the absolute highlight so far. Such a fun experience and Antonio the chef was extremely knowledgeable and made the class really fun. We went as a couple and there were other couples, groups of friends and families, it is really suited to all. There were about 12 people on each table (2 tables in the room) with your own individual workstation. We made 3 different types of pasta which all tasted great, accompanied by unlimited red wine. Right in the heart of the city, a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral. Can’t recommend this highly enough! We will be trying to recreate this at home but I’m not sure it will be the same!

This was unbelievably fun! Our chef Antonio was funny and personable. Our table of strangers quickly became friends. Highly recommended! Just a note, the class was larger than 15.

We traveled with another family (so there were 8 of us total). 4 teenagers and 4 adults participated in this cooking class. We ALL had a blast! Having never made homemade pasta before, we all learned a lot. We cannot wait to get to try our newly learned skills at home. We enjoyed meeting the other participants who booked this class as well. It was fun cooking with people from around the world. Our chef did an amazing job making it fun and informative! I highly recommend for your Florence itinerary.
