Chef Furio was a great teacher. My family enjoyed learning how to make noodles, ravioli and tiramisu. He was engaging, informative and provided one on one feedback throughout the lesson. One of my favorite meals during our Italy trip. My kids will cherish this memory.

Matt was awesome! He made making pasta look so easy, then walked the class through each step to make it feel so easy.
This is a must do class for any pasta lover that likes to cook!!

We had a wonderful time, learning to make Fettuccine and Ravioli from the same.dough. the tiramisu. Would recommend this class for all skill levels. You also get a tote with recipes 😁

Call before start time restaurant has to sit down and wait for the chef when it was time to check everybody in they did not have our reservation said that we never booked anything. Show them the tickets. They were text messaging and calling people trying to figure out about our reservation, took everybody else that was waiting there with confirmed tickets. The class started without us. The manager of the restaurant asked us to step out of the restaurant and wait outside until they figure out about our reservation. After approximately one hour, we forced ourselves in and spoke to a few other people there where we were finally allowed to join the class, keep in mind we have four kids we missed over half of the teaching. They did not have tables set up for us with ingredients or anything. They tried to get our table set up so that we could cook the pasta. I did reach out to viator about this issue, but they were unable to help me telling me that I was not going to get any sort of refund. I escalated this three times with no success. I don’t think Viator should be allowing for selling tickets from vendor partners that are not vetted. I would not sign up for this cooking class.

I ignored the poor reviews I read under but DO NOT IGNORE THEM. They are spot on. They don’t give you YOUR pasta back, they mix everyone’s and it’s “optional” to wash your hands in the beginning. There were kids in my group, adults touching their faces, phones, etc. the portion the feed you is tiny, my husband got 4 raviolis when he made 6. They pour you half an inch of cheap wine. It’s not worth it at ALL, if you told me you made gourmet pasta for this price then okay. But this is more for children under 10 not adults.

On our first night in Rome, we participated in the Top Class of Fettuccine, Ravioli, and Tiramisu making at Oste Cavour through Viator. Chef Hassan was our friendly and talented chef for the evening. He took volunteers from the class to help with demonstrations for our tiramisu making (make that first to chill). We went on to make our dough for the pasta. Chef Hassan was thorough, explaining each step and helping those who needed a little extra help. It was the best evening and we had a great time.

We didn't actually get the pasta WE made. When you spend 30 minutes working pasta with your bare hands, you really want to eat the product of YOUR labor not the pasta the strange guy standing next to you worked for 30 mins with HIS bare hands. Its kind of the whole point. How do we know it wasn't ours? We cut the corners off our ravioli and cut our fettuccine very thin and uniform. Certainly not what we received for dinner. You also are not offered a drink of anything during the class and the wine serving at dinner is anemic. Waitstaff also not so great.
