When I scheduled the trip , I was told that the transfer was 1.5 hrs away, that was the reason the cost was $150 , when in reality we were 10 minutes away. To say the least I was quite upset. Either the person who scheduled had no idea or she wanted ti make extra for the company.

4 days prior to scheduled pickup date I sent a message in the app to advise what time I needed to be picked up. I did not receive a response. I sent additional messages, they finally responded the night before my reservation, advising that they cannot change the time within 24 hours. I messaged back and stated that I messaged 4 days prior, they were the ones that failed to respond. They refused to work with me, and had I taken the time they chose to assign me, that they never communicated to me prior to the night before. They then stop responding to my messages. I was still charged for the service they did not provide, and also had to pay for an Uber to get from the hotel to the cruise port. Horrible communication, horrible business practices, and absolutely no concern for the needs of the customer. I have used other transfer services through Viator in the past, and have never had any problems at all. I will still continue to recommend Viator, but will not ever recommend that anyone use this particular service provider.

Our driver was on time, and provided very interesting commentary on our way to the cruise port. The ride was comfortable (thanks for the bottle of water!) and enjoyable.

Excellent service. Our driver arrived early and waited patiently for us. He managed to fit all our luggage (large) in the back (even an extra unplanned bag). The car was clean and we liked the seating situation. He maneuvered traffic well and got us to our cruise port early.
