Well organized and informative tours of Guell Park and the Sagrada Familia. Our guide was clearly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the attractions.

This tour was really good. If I could give a 4.5 ,I would. The guide was very knowledegable about the history of the Park and the Sagrada Familia . We would have liked a bit more free time at the Park. But overall it was a great tour .

First, paid for English. Because she had to repeat everything didn't get to see everything. Also could hear her. She gave us radios but never used them. The say they do transport to the park Guell but they fail to mention you need to walk about 1.5 miles to it..to be picked up to get to the park. Not enough time in the Sagrada. Too much time waiting on translations.

DO NOT BOOK ANY TICKETS WITH JULIA TRAVELS if you want a convenient and a legal tour. They do not say that they are a third party agent and has no connection with the places they sell tickets. Their tickets are no recognized in any tourist attractions, Example: Park Guell. If you buy a ticket for Park Guell from Juila travels, and if you go the Park Guell gate, the Park authorities will not let you in. You will waste money. We had this very same experience.

The following is the most interesting thing and shows how untrustworthy this company is.
When the park authorities didn't let me in, I immediately called Julia travels gave her my ticket number and explained the situation giving. She recognized the ticket, apologized and said she will refund the money. I believed them and flew back to my country. After a few days, as there was no refund or response, I emailed to them. They asked to send scanned copy of the ticket. I sent. Then they said they can not refund because it was a valid ticket. I said your person apologized and agreed to refund. But they replied they can not.

I feel cheated. This company is doing a business based on hit or miss. Their tickets might work for a few and it wont work for others. But there is definitely a Risk.

Buy tickets directly from tour providers and not from this 3rd party.

Tour was falsely advertised It was actually 2 separate tours with an hour break in between. Tour of park Güell was first. Waste of time. Then we got in a bus for Sagrada Familia which dropped us off 15 minutes away and we had to walk there and then kill an hour waiting for the next tour. Extremely overpriced for what it was, would have been better to do the self guided audio tour on our own Guide was knowledgeable and nice but difficult to understand.

We spent eight days in Spain and had four excursions/tours with Julia Travel, all of which were well organized. We booked three of them in person upon arrival in Barcelona at the Julia Travel office in the La estación del Norte. We returned to La estación del Norte for two of the tour departures. The meeting point of the third tour (combo skip the line for Park Guell and La Sagrada Familia) was the Gaudi Experience office located a short walk to the entrance of Park Guell. We always arrived with at least 15 minutes to spare as advised by Julia Travel. We are both 68 years old and had no problem using the metro to get to the Julia Travel meeting points (and with help from Google maps on our phone as well). You can buy a Tarjeta T-familiar metro pass which gives eight trips for two people for 10 Euros. (Using the metro avoids the cost of a cab and getting delayed with traffic, etc.) Following our visit to Park Guell we had transportation by coach close to the Sagrada Familia and then we followed our guide on foot to their office in order to receive the proper admission tickets before returning to the check-in area of La Sagrada Familia about 45 minutes later. The number of tourists visiting Park Guell and La Sagrada Familia in November was quite surprising to us, although in the opinion of our tour guide it was a quiet day at Park Guell. Personally, I wouldn't want to deal with even more crowded tourist sites especially during the heat of summer. Our guides presented the information in both English and Spanish which is what we had signed up for. They were all fluent in English with varying degress of an accent but were still easy to understand overall. The tour of the Sagrada Familia was interesting and informative. It did take about 30 minutes to get through security which seems to be the norm. We were inside the church in the early afternoon and the colours coming through the stained glass windows were truly remarkable! I hope that my comments help you to avoid some of the issues experienced by other reviewers who expressed dissatisfaction with Julia Travel.

This is the worst tour I have ever been on. We booked through Viator. It was supposed to be a small group tour, in English, with bus transfer from Sagrada Familia to the park. Instead, we were cow-herded with 30 other people. Our guide spoke every other sentence in English and Spanish, so it was completely impossible to stay focused on what he was saying when he kept changing languages. Then we had to walk 20 minutes from the church to the tour bus to go onto the park. When we tried to contact Julia tours and request a partial refund, they completely refused without any justification or clarification on our complaints. We booked other tours through Viator with other tour operators in other Spanish cities for almost the same price, and received a personal one on one tour with an English speaking guide. Julia tours was overpriced and they didn’t care about us.

Very good guided tour with Clara. First at park guell and then at sagrada familia.
The only bad thing is that the time at park guell is too short, so i couldn't see everything there.
