The tour guide gave us amazing details behind the history of Park Guell and Sagrada Famillia. Made it much more memorable than otherwise visiting on our own.

Excellent review, we have David as our tour guide. Great tour. Easy to find the pick-up spot and the meeting spot for the second location.

Raul (the teacher) was our guide. The tour was entertaining, informative, and accessible for all of us even with walking difficulties. We learned so much about the park, the cathedral, and Gaudi. Highly recommend.
Everyone was helpful and friendly.

This tour was a good experience. Park Güell is a housing development turned tourist attraction. Part of it is underwhelming and somewhat forced. The view from the top is gorgeous. You get a wonderful view of seaside Barcelona I wish we stopped for longer to take photos here. The park is steep in some parts and there are lots of stairs so wear comfortable walking shoes. Once the park tour was over we went directly to Sagrada Familia. However the transport was through taxi (the tour company paid) but it would have been nice to have a private transfer. We had an hour of free time to eat and there are plenty of options to eat and shop for souvenirs. The tour of Sagrada Familia is extremely detailed and quite lengthy. The visit to the top of the Passion Towers is a must see! The views are breathtaking. You have to walk down the 400 steps but it is not too difficult just don’t look down on the spiral stairs if scared of heights. There is optional time to see the crypt and museum afterwards if interested. Overall a good tour of two most famous attractions in Barcelona.

We were lucky enough to have Oliver (IG: Oliver.Barcelona) as our guide and his love for his city, his knowledge of these two places, and his humor made the 5 hours fly by. Having a try local made for a very special day because his love for the sites we visited imbued his commentary. Plus, he led the tour in TWO languages at both places, and that is always impressive.
I appreciated that we had radio headsets at both locations and we could hear our guide speaking, no matter where we stood, and we could know he was on the move even if we wandered away from the group.
Guests should know that there is a fair amount of walking (I am recovering from a broken ankle and the tour wore me down to the point of being in pain at the end of the day) but also that here is a short 30-45 min break after being bused over from Park Guell so that you can grab a quick bite or hit the bathroom.
A bottle of water is recommend for the Park Guell day in hotter months.
Overall, recommended!!

We took a flight from granada to barcelona, especially for this trip. We were 15 minutes late due to the flight and rang ahead to let them know we are on our way but running late. They didn’t care. They left without us and ruined our whole trip to barcelona. Never booking with this company again

Guides were very knowledgeable. It was a bit long for my 6yo and 8yo but would highly recommend for those with solder kids.

If you have a baby infant this is not the tour.
I book a lot of tours through Viator and always include my infant. Some are free and some paid, rules are clear.
In this tour they say it’s infant appropiate in description but only lets you add kids 4yo and older and adults. I figured I was not going to lie saying my baby was over 4 yo and there was nowhere to put her, could only book 2 adults.
Had a very unacceptable conversation on the phone the day of the tour with Rebeca from customer service. She only said there was no space for the baby and that my option was leaving my baby with someone… didn’t accept their fault. Kept saying she wouldn’t even cancel and do a refund, that Viator was the only responsible for the confusion and even a refund had to come from them. Disgusting tour company or at least Rebecas attitude not taking responsibility and trying to solve it like someone who cares about customers.
Please fix your listing in Viator so that more parents don’t go through this.

The tour was nice however I was not impressed with the tour guides I had. The first part, the parc- the lady was not concerned about the travelers. One man became ill and fell, I looked for him and helped, I had told her one was missing. She didn’t seem to care. When it was over she was more worried about getting her speaker set from him, which I got. When it was returned and he told her he was ill, she rolled her eyes. I had also asked several questions along the way, as did a few others and she never answered anyone. Just ignored and continued with what SHE wanted to say. The second portion to the sagrada, our tour guide was nice but not outgoing and didn’t take time to meet anyone in our group. He spoke both English and Spanish but would talk for 15 min in one language then 15 min in the other. Many of the guests were bored sitting and waiting for the other language portion. Another tour I went on, the guide would speak only a few sentences in English, then a few in Spanish at a time. Keeping everyone’s attention. One couple told me they could not keep their attention and wanted to leave. The tour is nice and worthy of going to see, but I was not impressed with the guides I had on this tour.
