As the plan is for a non-reserved seat, customers can board a Shinkansen at their preferred time. [Ticket Pick-up Location] Tokyo City i Please go to Tokyo City i and pick up the tickets on your own on the day prior to or the day of tour departure. Address: B1F KITTE JP Tower, 2-7-2 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo Open Hours: 09:00 - 19:00 Closed Days: last Sunday of June every year; legal inspection day. Facility may be closed without notice due to sudden changes. For more details, please check the website. *Pick-up is not available at Tokyo City i outside of open hours. *We will not be held responsible if the customer is late for the Shinkansen as a result of not being able to conduct pick-up during open hours. *Tickets cannot be issued or changed at Tokyo City i.

Board the Bullet Train Shinkansen (non-reserved seat) at your preferred time and head to Kyoto Station.

[For customers selected Special Package TOKYO to OSAKA with non-reserved "Shinkansen" Bullet Train.] Customers will make their own way to the Bullet Train "Tokaido Shinkansen" boarding station (Tokyo Station or Shinagawa Station). Board the Bullet Train "Shinkansen" (non-reserved seat) at your preferred time and head to Osaka Station.

• The itinerary displayed on the booking screen is the final itinerary. A copy of the final itinerary will not be sent to participants.
• This is a special tour for international visitors. Please understand that residents of Japan cannot make bookings for this tour.
• For requests regarding tours where answers from the tour operator are required in advance, please input in the Remarks field and contact the tour operator.
• This is an open-itinerary plan with no accompanying National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter or tour conductor. Customers are responsible for paying all transportation expenses other than the included transportation listed in the itinerary.
• For customers 5 years of age and younger, the Shinkansen tickets and 1-Day Subway & Bus Pass are not included. They will not be provided with their own seat on the Shinkansen, and must sit on the lap of their parent or guardian. If required, please make a booking for them at the child rate or pay directly on site.
• Customers can board the Bullet Train Shinkansen (non-reserved seat) at their preferred time on the departure date. Please board the non-reserved section and sit on an empty seat. Tickets cannot be changed to those for Green Car seating or an ordinary car reserved seating.
• No refunds will be issued even if the Bullet Train Shinkansen tickets are not used. In such cases, please use other public transportation to the destination on your own.
• If you must cancel your tour after receiving the Bullet Train Shinkansen tickets, please complete the necessary procedures at the station and send the tickets back to the planning company.
• Regarding Bullet Train "Tokaido Shinkansen" Oversized Baggage Restrictions: It is not possible to bring large luggage whose total height, width, and length exceeds 160 cm onto non-reserved cars of the Tokaido Shinkansen. Please check the Central Japan Railway Company website for details. If bringing large luggage, please make use of a delivery service on your own.
• Regarding 1-Day Subway & Bus Pass: Pick-up at the designated location is required prior to use. As the designated locations may be changed, please check the document enclosed with the JR tickets for details. No refunds will be issued even in case of non-use. In such cases, please use other public transportation to the destination on your own.
