Useless guide. Do not recommend at all. The kiosk man didn't even know what he had to give us and ended giving us a map and an ugly look.

Glass blowing. Easy to find. Nice boat. No directions for lace tour. Missed lace demonstration. No info on churches just “Go!Go!” A long hot walk. Not worth the extra.

I had the chance to visit Venice as soon as the lockdown ended. With this tour you have the possibility to enjoy the city on your own with your time. For us was great since we have a little daughter and we have to follow her needs. Highly recommended!

I have learned a lot of curiosity about Venice and its history I guess there is no comparison with any other self guided experience and personally I prefer this to a scheduled guided tour I had great time with over 100 point of interest was great

I use google maps, but the office did not provide a complete address for the tour office. After repeatedly, stopping and asking questions we were told past the Hard Rock, past the sunglass hut, walk down the alley and look for a 2-inch sign beside a gated door, they will ring you in. On the second try, we found the correct door. No tickets were ready, were they hoping we wouldn't show up?
Download the app before you arrive as the internet is poor, I use Verizon and had very spotty service. The audio tour assumes you know what you are in front of, does not play by location.
Shame on me, I thought the gondola tour was private, not with my new 6 best friends. I purchased the tour from the Marriott web site, and will review there as well.

Rather than wander aimlessly through Venice, we decided to use this virtual tour app. The initial info about it using GPS rather than eating up data was very appealing, so booked the tour and awaited all the instructions for downloading the app... Unfortunately this is where things unravelled slightly. The necessary information about which app was needed only arrived whilst we were en route to Venice and the 35 minutes it took to download was, obviously, very data intensive (as well as battery!!) Once that was completed, the tour also needed downloading... Unfortunately I ran out of data and patience after at least 4 unsuccessful attempts!! No response from raising this with trip advisor... Disappointed! If you want to give this a go, make sure you have access to WiFi to download the information, so book/order well in advance of your trip... It is HUGELY data heavy and knowing this in advance would have made me think twice about using this service!!!
