Nabiel's Vienna Cooking Class

We had an amazing experience cooking with Nabiel. He was highly knowledgeable and created a fun, engaging environment for our entire family. The food was delicious and we learned a lot about Vienna and the art of making schnitzel and strudel. I’d highly recommend this activity.

We had looked forward to a cooking/learning process, but found the dumpling for the soup already made, the potato salad likewise. The apfelstrudel was replaced by a peach type dessert

The chef was very friendly and took time to inform and get the whole class involved in the preparation and cooking. This was a great experience! Highly recommended.

Is cooking class are so fun we learned so much. We had two small children with us and were a little nervous about how they would do. But Nabiel was very kind and welcoming to the kids. He was able to engage them and teach them lots of different authentic Austrian techniques. The food that we enjoyed was excellent and we had aIs cooking class are so fun we learned so much. Nabiel’s cooking class was an absolute delight. He is so knowledgeable in history, technique, and where to source ingredients in different countries so that you may have the same schnitzel and strudel experience at home as in the class. Highly recommend this hands-on experience for all! Come hungry as you will leave full. PS: the potato salad is also divine!

We had a great time with Nabils cooking class. We made weiner snitzel, potatoes salad, and apple strudel. Nabil is a great guy. You'll have a good time!

Nabiel was absolutely amazing. The food was incredible. The recipe was delicious and the service was stellar. There was endless amounts of champagne and white wine and it was fabulous !! Absolute 10 out of 10 would recommend to anybody coming to Vienna.

Dorothy and I were more than pleased with Nabiel’s hospitality, humor, teaching how to make schnitzel, really good potato salad and Apple strudel. Immediately he seemed like an old friend from our first phone call to the end of our evening. We shared the experience with two couples from CA which enhanced the overall experience. Will find him on our next trip to Vienna.

Our host, Naviel, was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed traditional Austrian cuisine and were given a good lesson on the key points.
The people who joined us were a lovely couple from America, and the time flew by.
His apartment was easy to find, and when you arrive at the door, just press the doorbell with the room number and ask Naviel which floor you should go to!
The door to the room on his floor is always open!
Your wonderful journey into Vienna cuisine is just around the corner.
