We were a 3 generations family of 8 travelling around Italy. The Pisa and Tuscany tour was a great highlight for everyone. It was a great day trip to get out of the hustle and chaos of the city to a more tranquil setting of Italy. Highly recommend.

Our driver was amazing! Funny, kind, knowledgeable about the area. Tuscany is beautiful and all the tiny towns that we visited were so quaint.

We really enjoyed seeing the sites and different stops in Tuscany! The highlight was the vineyard lunch which we did instead of Siena. It was an additional cost, but just wonderful! Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable.

We booked a private tour through Viator, and the operator was Tuscany in Tour. Massimo picked us up in a comfortable Mercedes van from our hotel in Florence. In addition to being a lifelong Tuscan local, he is an historian and expert of both literature and art. While he drove us to Pisa, we learned of the region’s history. This added to our experience while at Pisa and the area. He shared the dishes that the region is known for, and where he thinks to best enjoy these foods. One of our stops was at Sienna, where he made superb recommendations for lunch and gelato along with the rich history. We were able to visit a tiny medieval village, Monteriggioni, and purchased a hand-woven poncho of great quality from a local artisan who owns Artes. All of the stops along the full day were worth every moment and penny of the tour.

Massimo provided an amazing informative and personal experience. He was not only professional but charming and knowledgeable as well! We enjoyed getting to not only see the sights but learning more about the people and local cultures. I would highly recommend and can't wait to head back for my next one!

The tour was a great overview of Tuscany, and highlighted everything one would want to see and experience. Max was a fantastic driver who was punctual, super friendly, informative and flexible with our itinerary. Not only did he make our tour as easy and enjoyable as possible but also recommended places to eat in Florence during our stay. Highly recommend this tour! Will definitely book again with this company when returning to Florence.

This was exactly the day trip we wanted to experience some of the highlights of Tuscany without committing to multiple days' travel. When we met our guide, Massimo, outside our apartment in Florence he took the time to talk with us about what our priorities for the day were and then recommended the route and timing that would allow us to do all of them.
Along the way, Massimo offered some excellent information about the next stop so we had an idea of what to expect, as well as recommendations on things to see and places to stop. He was conversational and engaging without being overbearing or intrusive - a great skill. He was also accommodating to our request to play music while we were driving and he offered recommendations on restaurants and sights back in Florence, as well.
The trip itself was great. The car - a Mercedes V-Class - was clean and comfortable, and Massimo did his best to avoid major traffic snarls. It was great to be able to just sit back and enjoy the ride. As we approached each stop, Massimo suggested an appropriate length of time for us to spend in exploration and clearly explained when and where we were to meet to depart. His suggestions were spot-on and helped us plan our sight-seeing well.
If you are eager to spend significant time exploring Pisa or Siena (or wine tasting in Tuscany) this is probably not the tour for you. If, however, you are looking to see some of the most iconic sites around Tuscany in a single day, this just about perfect.

My wife, Kimi, and I, along with another couple, spent a day in Tuscany visiting the Florence American Cemetery, Pisa, and Lucca. On the way back to Florence, we stopped at Fattoria Carmignani where the owner served us a spectacular seven course lunch. Our driver, Sonny, was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. We had a great day.
Tuscany In Tour also set up a two hour guided tour of Arezzo that was wonderful.
We are sorry to have missed Massimo ths time, but hope to see him next time we are in Florence.
