I'm so glad I booked this ahead of time! Our driver waited for us to deplane, pick up our bags and exchange money. The directions on where to find him outside of the airport were clear and he had a sign with my name on it so we knew exactly who our driver was. The car was clean and comfortable. Would highly reccommend!

Oh my goodness! This company went above and beyond to get my husband and I to our cruise! We lost our luggage and the driver waited patiently for almost 4 HOURS!!! He was kind and helpful and supportive and I appreciate it so much! Thank you so much! Use this company…they are not just professional, but kind as well.

Excellent service from the airport to the port, but unfortunately there was a snafu as to where to meet. My party followed the directions to the exit, where all the other drivers were meeting with their signs.. Our driver was not there. Luckily, a friend in the party had a phone that could call a local number to tell the driver where we were.
It was a bit of a late start, but all was well. I had given Viator our flight numbers, so the driver could check the airlines for on time arrivals.
