Having not been told where specifically to meet our transportation, having it cancelled PRIOR to the timeshown on our reservation and being told the there was no other bus available

Our driver was at the airport when we arrived after a long flight. He was professional and very pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone traveling in Rio De Janeiro.

Great transfer from SDU airport to hotel in copacabana. Had a last minute change due to missing a flight. Emailed the office, got a response right away, and new pick up time was scheduled. Driver kept in touch with me when I landed via whatsapp and provided quick and safe transport to hotel. Highly recommended! Thank you for a great service :)

The driver failed to show up. We were lucky to get an Uber in time to get to the airport. I have requested a refund, which I hope to see soon.
