Raffle was a terrific guide! We learned a lot about the city of New New Orleans and ate some amazing food! I strongly recommend anyone visiting New Orleans take this tour.. you will have an awesome time!!!

The tour guide Don was very knowledgeable about the food and the area. His information was great. I rate this only 3 stars because the samples were very small and very few. Also they only give you water to drink. For the money we spent, I wished we could have sampled more food and at least gotten to drink some tea or something instead of just plain water.

Donald was absolutely amazing. As a local, he was able to give great history of the city and food. All the dishes we tried were excellent. I highly recommend this tour. I hope you are lucky enough to have Donald as your guide.

Think Bourbon Street is one big tourist trap? Maybe, but Donald knows where the legit etouffee, gumbo, jambalaya and red beans and rice are hiding in plain sight. Great eats.

Raffle, our guide, was great as were the sample tastings of NO favorites. He was entertaining sharing how traditional dishes came to be and how the locals prepared them.
