Lee was in touch with us a number of hours before pick up to state all the relevant details and made sure we were happy with the pickup details. He even messaged to say he was about to leave and pick us up and that he would be on time. We had a lovely chat about a number of things and what we thought of Singapore.

The driver was very helpful and informative. Came on time and only took 20 minutes. Gave us good advice as to what to do at Changi airport. On his recommendation we visited the Jewel area. What a fantastic indoor forest.
We strongly recommend.

Lee arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and professional from the beginning. He was very interesting and informative, asking about our trip and telling us about life in Singapore. He suggested that before checking in at the airport, we visit the waterfall at Jewel. We did, we loved it and his recommendation was a fantastic surprise end to an already memorable visit. Lee is an asset to the company but a great ambassador for Singapore!
