Barney is a lovely guy and this was a lovely and enlightening tour on a weekend. The tour lasts approximately 2 hours and highlights many historical buildings including and murals connected with the troubles.
His in depth local knowledge and research brings to life in a very unique way a side of Belfast that the tourists would not normally encounter.
I can thoroughly recommend this tour as an enjoyable and informative experience.

A great way to learn about elements of Belfast that not many people know about. Barney was an amazing guide with lots of knowledge and experience, throwing in a few titbits of personal experiences - such a lovely touch. This was an interesting and enjoyable walking tour. Barney the tour guide mixed local knowledge, humour and a few flash cards to bring the tour to life. It was a two hour tour with plenty learned along the way. Well done Barney!

What a great way to see and learn about the city. Barney was a super tourguide, his booklets and ear pieces were incredibly helpful and the stories he told of the city and its people were fascinating.

If you’re in Belfast, take this tour.
It is so very interesting.
Barney is a fantastic guide, he is very knowledgeable & such a nice man.
There was so much history & Barney informed us of all the history plus a lot of very interesting facts we didn’t know.
I definitely recommend this tour.
