The experience take place in the seaview grandmother villa, where we live together from when i was born. Are you ready to discover the unique flavors of the local cuisine transmitted by my grandmother, while exploring our traditional Italian lifestyle? The experience is hands-on and you can learn some valuable cooking skills and tips.
Here you will be the chef and the diner, learning to cook the specialties of our cuisine, handed down to me by my grandmother!
You will learn new cooking techniques, all from the scratch that you can easily replicate at home, such as learning how to make gnocchi, eggplant parmesan and the typical tiramsù. You will be completely immersed in the Italian lifestyle in a convivial atmosphere among lemon and olive trees, and I show you also how we produce olive oil and limoncello. My goal is that this experience remains in your mind but above all in your heart!

The cooking class was one of our FaVoRiTe things we did as a family in the Sorrento area! Christano is absolutely hilarious and the class is super fun. Highly recommend. Also visit their new restaurant in Sirrent called Mamma Che Pasta. The lemon ravioli and sauce is out of this world if you like lemon.

Cancelled a day before the class due to “domestic issues”. He then told me he had space for myself and my boyfriend the next morning (the Monday) to then cancel on us again the night before! We had rescheduled our plans to make it work. On Monday morning he then emailed to say 1 spot was available.
Very disorganised. Very disappointed as we had looked forward to this cooking class. Only silver lining is that he refunded the money straight away.

So fun, from start to finish. Cristiano has so much energy and is funny! Everything was organized and perfect. His family home is AMAZING. The views alone are worth the price then the cooking and food are the cherry on top. I would do this again,absolutely!

This cooking class was a highlight of our trip to Sorrento! Chef Cristiano was energetic and fun. We made tiramisu, gnocchi and eggplant parmigiana. The location is beautiful. There were a lot of people, but it was handled very well. Everyone gets an Italian name. I was Marisa and my husband was Giacomo. We all participated in the cooking. We met such wonderful people. There were young couples, families and older folks like us. By the end, we were all friends. We ran into a few of our fellow chefs while walking around Sorrento. It was lovely to sit down together and eat the meal we cooked. It was delicious! My grandmother was from the Naples area. Every Sunday, she cooked eggplant parmigiana. This tasted so much like hers! It brought back special memories for me! Thank you, Chef Cristiano!

The cooking class was amazing, Cristiano was an incredible host - he has so much energy and gets everyone involved, he even drives you to and from the class. You can really see how hard he works and it pays off because everyone has so much fun! The class is in his family home and you really feel like part of the family by the end of it. It isn’t just about the cooking, it’s about having a good time and the very good food and wine you get at the end is just a bonus. The 3 dishes you make are all extremely delicious but the eggplant was our favourite! We strongly recommend everyone coming to Sorrento to do this class, it’s one of the highlights of our trip! Thanks again to Cristiano and his family <3

We had a fantastic time at this cooking class! My wife and I were in town for our honeymoon and were looking for a change of pace - I can't recommend this class enough. Chef Cristiano fostered a very fun and upbeat environment, and was a great teacher as well. With roughly 25 people, it was a larger group than I'm accustomed to seeing in a cooking class, but Chef Cristiano was very engaging and got everyone involved. I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone, with the caveat that it's a larger group and you're not necessarily going to perform every single step of the recipe yourself. Just go, have a few glasses of wine and enjoy cooking with a good group and a good view.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Christiano. We were picked up in Sorrento and brought to his family home. The home is located on the hillside with amazing views. Our evening started with making Tiramisu, followed by Egg Plant Parm and Gnocchi. A glass of wine was served as we took in the views of the homestead. Christiano is very personable and engaging throughout the experience. Our group was approx 20 people and had a great mix of personalities. It was a bonus to meet his mother and cousin - made it feel like a true family meal. I highly recommend this cooking class in Sorrento.

This cooking class is a whole lot of fun. Cristiano puts a lot of effort into these classes with his mother Teresa. It is a fantastic experience. It is carefully curated to ensure that you complete the best parts of your meals. Definitely worth it.

This was an incredibly wonderful experience and was the highlight of our trip! The host Christiano was so hospitable, gracious, knowledgeable and also very entertaining! His family home on the cliff overlooking the water in Sorrento was incredible and the food was fantastic! We started with an espresso and made the three course menu which we all enjoyed with unlimited wine and finished off with the family’s homemade Lemoncello. The experience was both educational (we learned some great Pro Tips) and so much fun in a gorgeous location. . Everyone went away full with smiles and great memories! Thank you Christians and family!!!
