- Explanation and demonstration of Mozzarella & Caciotta spinning with tasting
- Pizza Making Classes with relative tasting
- Lunch in a farmhouse consisting of made and baked with your hands, an appetizer of cold cuts and fresh mozzarella, field vegetables, first course based on the seasonality of the period and traditional dessert. Water, wine, limoncello and homemade dessert included.
IF BAD WEATHER DOES NOT ALLOW A SAFE EXECUTION OF THE EXPERIENCE, THE PATH IN THE FARM COULD BE CANCELED, WHILE THE REST OF THE EXPERIENCE WILL BE DONE WITHOUT PROBLEMS.
IN SOME WORST CASES THE EXPERIENCE COULD BE COMPLETELY CANCELED. IN THIS CASE YOU WILL BE REFUNDED 100%.

This was our favorite day of our 12 day trip in Italy. Francesco and his family are genuine and welcoming. Our children (16 & 18) loved it. So many laughs, the cheese, limoncello and wine were excellent! We loved our time at the farm and have wonderful pictures to remember our day! Just book it…you will love it!

This was one of the best & most memorable tours I’ve been on! The tour was very well organized, even with our large group of almost 25 people. The tour guide Francesco and his family have a lovely farm and do a wonderful job explaining the various aspects of what they do there, not to mention the expansive views of the coast. Truly an experience not to be missed!

Such a wonderful afternoon! I brought my three year old daughter for a mommy-daughter day and she had a blast watching the cheese demonstration, making dough, and then finally making her pizza and eating it. We also really enjoyed the cherry juice and wine made on-site. The family who runs this farm are delightful and make it really fun for everyone. 10/10 recommended this for anyone wanting to support local, learn about the culture, have a laugh, and enjoy good food.

Nothing but GREAT things to say. The family that runs the tour is so kind and funny, the whole process was very well planned and organized. Meeting instructions were very clear. The drivers even stopped for us to take in the view on the ride there/back. They accommodated me when my flight was delayed and allowed me to come on a different day. I went alone and felt so comfortable and enjoyed every moment! Couldn’t recommend it more!

A perfectly informative and interactive experience, shares valuable information about local food and production practices, and so wonderful to hear about their zero waste efforts (something we need more of!). Lovely family run farm as well, very friendly, fun hosts. To top it off, you’ll make a pizza that you never knew you were capable of making and the delicious wine goes down like water. Overall, a fantastic experience, 10/10 would recommend.

Start off by saying the whole family is involved with this tour and this is what makes it so great!
We were collected on time from Sorrento to head straight up to the Farm on the hillside.
A guided tour through the farm of some of his produce and farm animals, very detailed and interesting.
Eventually ended up at the family farm house and was greeted by his family and of course Sugar (there dog)
We were given time to walk around the farm and take in the views before the rest of the experience.
In the farm house we were given a demonstration on how they make a couple of local cheeses which one we eat later in the day.
On to the pizza making where you make the dough and learn all the basics guided by his eldest daughter Anna and make sure you listen is all I can say!
We had so much fun with making the pizzas and cooking them we sat down to eat a lovely lunch with plenty of wine made on the farm, farm cherry juice is also provided. Antipasti of Farm reared meats and of course cheeses followed by Panna cotta.
The whole experience was top tier and his family makes his dream farm a great place to come.
