Excellent service! Ismael was very kind and polite. The van was very nice and clean, and we arrived to airport plenty early. Would absolutely recommend for anyone needing a taxi while on vacation.

Ismael and company are AMAZING. We missed our connection so had to adjust our pickup day/time. Ismael adjusted and even offered to pick us up from another DR airport if it would help get us there faster. When we arrived a driver was waiting outside with a sign with our name.
Great communication before and during the trip. And great service to/from the hotel.

ITT provided excellent service from start to finish. They were ready for us upon arrival and arrived early to pick us up for our departure. When our child left their backpack in the van, ITT kept it safe and maintained outstanding communication until we got it back. We appreciated the clear communication throughout. The snorkeling was amazing, crystal blue waters. You dont have to go very far out to see fish. There was a ton of non venomous jelly fish that you could touch. Worth the long drive for sure. Make sure you try the mamajuana at the cigar factory. It is delicious!
