This cruise boat is becoming outdated with its decor.
Dora list of improvements
No emergency procedures in cabin
No phone directory in cabin in case of an emergency.
Disappointing to see zero recycling by Dora on the cruise.
Disappointing to see, Dora staff not making any attempt to pick up floating rubbish with in hands reach of them.
No hot water to run the bath in the honeymoon suite.
No wifi while boat is moving, even when it’s stopped reception is terrible.
Unless you’re happy to pay a premium price stock up on your alcohol, soft drink, water & snacks before starting on the cruise.
Halong Bay was disgusting with the amount of rubbish floating around, it would be great to see the Vietnam Government, get involved with all cruise companies and force them all in to clean up levy. It’s 2024 it’s time to protect Halong Bay!

We particularly appreciated the kindness and help of Bruce, the cruise manager.
Following a technical problem he managed to find a solution that made us happy for our wedding anniversary: we were upgraded for 1 night in the Presidential Suite on the Erina boat. A magical moment!!!!
Thanks Bruce!!!
The food during the cruise was very very good.

We had a wonderful experience on Dora Cruise. The scenery was breathtaking, and the boat crews were friendly and attentive. Hannah and Tom's exceptional care made the trip extra special for us. Highly recommended!

Halong bay was one place my wife wanted to visit for her special birthday.
Booking Dora cruiser was probably the best choice we could make.
Staff ever so friendly ,nothing was any trouble.
Brilliant lunch on Arrival, evening meal was lovely
They also made lovely birthday cake out of water Melon at the last minute with was really nice of then
Lyn was Absolutely wonderful and helped us throughout our stay
Would highly recommended this cruis to anyone

We had an amazing trip with extremely helpful staff. Especially Hannah who served us throughout our trip. A beautiful part of the world and a really well run cruise. Everything worked without issues. Even a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary!

The cruise was an experience I would recommend to everyone! The staff on Dora Cruise really helped to make our stay memorable, a special mention to Hannah, Elise, Jack, Bruce Panda and Tom. Especially for me me Hannah was incredibly attentive to my children and made them feel extraordinary valued on their holiday. An amazing team of people. Thank you very much, and I would book Dora in a heartbeat if we came back! 🫶🏼

The boat is new and very clean. The surroundings are amazing and you really cannot get enough of the horizon.
Overall the crew is amazing! Davis was our designated waiter and did an amazing job. We were never thirsty, thanks Davis!

Very beautiful ship. Very kind, friendly staff, always available to give you advice and help you. Special thanks to Bruce, Marcus, Liu. The services, however, are not 5 star. Cleanliness is not the best and the bathrooms need to be renovated and cleaner. The excursion to the village was disappointing and ended with stops in two cafés where we were invited to eat. Ok to help the local populations, but an entire morning spent on the outward journey and two stops in two cafés is perhaps a little disappointing. Added to this was the possibility of visiting a bit of the bay by kayak in a dirty part where everything was floating in the water.
