This was an overall pleasant experience. The staff made sure that we are well taken care of. Ngan is the best butler in the world. She was so helpful and kind. Really made the experience worthwhile

May and the crew were fantastic, excellent service and the accommodations were wonderful! Food was great, kayaking was quite an adventure and we were able to swim afterwards.

If being hearded around as a group of sheep/tourists on a rinse & repeat experience is your thing, then this is for you. If I had my time again I definitely wouldn’t do a halong bay cruise. I would have taken advice & travelled to ca bat for a more genuine experience
We were told the ship was from 2020, which it clearly is not (far older, however has been partially renovated more recently). Drinks are incredibly overpriced & we could hear the kitchen downstairs. None of this felt 5-star or luxury, apart from the exceptionally attentive service.
