The staff at the airport were professional. The ride was about 15 minutes to our hotel and the driver was polite with great driving skills. Very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend this transportation service.

I had booked my trip through their app - hours before the trip I was told the trip was going to cost me $30 more than what I booked- I called their number but no answer and left message - I feel a bit of “bait and switch” cheap price but then higher price - not good and not happy

Their service was as advertised. The hostess and driver were both very nice. I had a little trouble locating the sign with my name on it the first time that I walked through but it could be that I wasn’t looking in that direction when I passed by. Other than that, everything was good.

Airport transportation to hotel was easy and simple!
Coming out of the airport, they had a sign with my name and we waited maximum five minutes to get on the van to head to the airport. They even had Bluetooth so we can play our own music on our way.

Have had great drives with Viator in the past. This last one was not as great. Received a message that the van broke down and another was on the way. (This delayed my ride to the airport by 35 minutes). The van that was sent ended up arriving with a passenger they were dropping off at my location.
Made me wonder if they (HQT the private contractor) just did a double trip instead of my initial booking. Not sure what to think except it ended up meaning I never had time to eat in the airport.
Sure it was possible the van broke down but they messaged me a couple
Minutes after my ride was supposed to have arrived.
