Highly would recommend this transport service. My friend and I arrived at night and our driver was outside with our name on a sign and took us safely to the car and to our hotel. As we booked a round trip our driver confirmed the time for pick up the day before and arrived early and waited patiently for us to check out and helped us put our things into the car. It was a very well organised and safe service in a clean, modern car! A lot of room for us as it was just the two of us.

I booked round trip, and I was a little nervous that the day before my pickup to return home, I hadn't heard form the company. Sent a message and they didn't reply all day. Next morning I heard from the driver, Michael, to really changed the experience for me. After he had been assigned my pickup, he sent me a message shortly after letting me know what was going to happen. He gave me a pickup time, and even got there a little early. He was patient while the hotel took a few moments to retrieve my bag, and got me where I was going in great time.
I would recommend this company for transfers, and hope you get Michael! He's a good dude.

The driver was very friendly and we talked the entire trip about different topics about the Dominican Republic, very friendly and made us feel very comfortable and the trip was enjoyable and when we realized we had arrived at the hotel

We used the airport transportation service and it was great. Our driver was Alberto Paulino and he did a fantastic job. He was right on time, friendly, and a very safe driver. He got us to the airport in plenty of time. The van was clean and air conditioned, and the ride was comfortable. Very reasonably priced, especially since we had a commute of slightly over an hour. Definitely recommend!

Their staff was professional. We only had to wait around 5 minutes when we were picked up from the airport. On the way back or driver was a few minutes early and very professional. Overall we're very happy that we chose this company.

We used HQT after a poor experience with another (supposedly highly recommended) company during airport pickup. We liked HQT a lot better.
Booking online was very easy. As well as credit-card bookings, they also offer a pay-by-cash option, which I used. For customer service you can call toll-free, or a local DR number, or a US-based 212-area code number - a nice thought for US customers.
When I called to confirm our pickup (not necessary, but I like to double check) the representative was very friendly and spoke perfect English. Pickup was on time and the ride was good. No security check drama - no photographing passports like DAT did. Very easy process. Recommended. I would use again.

Victor was very pleasant and went above and beyond. We left one of our backpacks at the airport and did not notice until 10pm, he returned to the hotel the next day to take us back to the airport and helped us find the backpack. We booked him for our return trip as well! Great service! And would recommend him to everyone!
